Motel 6-Lincoln, NE

CLEAN, comfy beds tv microwave and frig liked the room alot. would stay in the hotel again if it wasnt for how I was treated by the staff at check in. no breakfast but I can live with that restaraunts close by.

Staff treated me like a criminal while checking in. RUDE could careless about my concerns. Explained to me that I should have read the policies better and make sure I understood them before reserving the room. Entry into hotel could have been better but STAFF gets a NEGATIVE 500 on a scale of one to 100. If she worked at my business she would be unemployed right now. NO one should be treated that way.

The location is perfect if you are traveling through. Just off I 80, gas and restaurants very close by. The room was a generous size with a small fridge and microwave. Plenty places to set your stuff. Nice hot shower. Laminate floors! Super clean. Direct t.v. Coffee down in the lobby was actually good!! So no great luxury but all basic needs met, very clean and roomy. And… pets are welcome!

Coffee in the room would be nice but only if it’s good coffee. Rather walk to the lobby if the coffee is tasty!

We have stayed here many times. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good value for the money. First time we ever traveled with a pet, but were happy to know the facility is pet friendly.

This trip we noticed that the bed was not very comfortable.

This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in years. I don’t require fancy but I do require clean and this facility was excellent in this department. Staff was also very friendly, beds comfortable, and location good to interstate and food/stores.

No complaints

Our room was simple and clean. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Location was close to interstate. There was coffee and hot water in the lobby in the morning plus vending machines. Easy checkout. It was a good experience with a no-frills hotel. Just what we needed.

Toilet was really noisy when flushed.

It is pet friendly and we are traveling with my elderly and diabetic cat. She did just fine here. Our room was quite large and very clean.

They do not have breakfast at this location. There was no real comfortable place to sit and relax. All the chairs had hard solid seats.

Easy access right off the highway. A newer or updated Motel 6. Very accommodating for dogs. Sidewalks available for a walk.

Others in the hotel were very loud. I would not recommend a room by the dog area. Sound just echoes off the wall.

No breakfast was served

I was asked to deposit an extra $50 at check in. I did not know this was a current policy of the hotel. I was told that the money would be refunded on check out. That did not happen. Will I still receive my refund?

The hotel was super clean, and the rooms were extremely spacious. We brought a pet and I appreciated there was no pet fee. For the price it was amazing!

Only a couple things I wasn’t a fan of. There is no coffee maker in the room, but there is one in the lobby so not a huge deal. Another thing was it was kind of humid on our room so it was kind of sticky. Other than that it was great!

Room was very spacious. Bed very comfortable. Chris, the front desk attendant, was excellent in explaining everything.

Could not regulate the water temp when we went to take shower. It ran either too hot or too cold. We advised front desk clerk on our way out.
