Staff was friendly and polite. They where very accommodating and listened to your needs. Location was good for what we where there for. Room was clean and neat.

Wi-Fi was terrible. Everytime you came back to your room you had to re-connect. Half the time it would not connect our iPhones. You need to get rid of that so called coffee machine. It makes a terrible cup of coffee. Room was a lot smaller then we thought. It sure didn't match the price you charge.

Oh my gosh, the breakfast was fabulous. Waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, muffins, rolls, bread, etc. Coffee, milk, juices. We were extremely pleased and it was clean!!! The room was CLEAN!!! The bed was WONDERFUL and co dreamy comfortable!!!! Wish i could have brought it home for our bed!

The are only two things that were not good. Our radio/alarm did not work so had to have them call our cellphone for a wake up in the morning. Also, the shower plug did not work so had to use our hand or toes and pull it up so the tub would drain when we took showers.

Clean, nice area, polite employees. Allowed us an early check in so we could get ready for the wedding we were attending.

Breakfast biscuits were a little over done. Wishes there was bacon or sausage choice with breakfast. A little pricey but wanted to stay with family.

The bed was comfy for me. I have a bad back and have trouble sleeping in some hotels. This bed allowed me to wake up without back pain. Nice breakfast. The staff was nice. The place was clean. The bedroom was awesome. The price was good according to the room

The tv remote had a low battery and there was a light out over the bathroom sink. The small things that needed attention were the dust still on the phone and the base of the light between the beds. The stay was great and the small amount of little annoyances would not deter us. from staying again.staying again

the bathroom has drop ceiling and was water damaged and broken ceiling tiles, twice I noticed bugs would be in the tub and the toilet clogged and had to get housekeeping to plunge it cause it would not clear when I tried it

Young man who greeted us and checked us in was very pleasant and did a good job. Room was comfortable

Shower had hair on the walls. Room was otherwise clean

Last time there wasnt a shower head or smoke detector. It was much improved from last visit in May 2022. Front desk check in was quick snd the rooms were furnished.

The room appeared clean until you looked in the corners. The A/C had to be on constantly to keep the room cool and the hallways were at least 80 degrees.
