Air conditioner worked good and was not too loud'
Ice bucket did NOT have a lid so ice melted fast. The front desk person smelled like he had not bathed in a week. Front desk person was hard to understand (foreign accent, rolled his words). TV did not have a program of stations.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was great
They didn't serve breakfast until 7am. They are reworking some units and mine hadn't been done yet. Housekeeping didn't come evert day.

cluttered spaces, repairs to walls in room were not painted over, sink and vanity were stained. no staff at desk for checkout. parking lot not cleared of snow making it difficult to clear my car as I left.

I didn't like the fact they entered my room while we were out. They threw away some of my belongings. They did not have the breakfast that they advertise to have.
