Hampton Inn St Charles St Peters

We were in town to visit a relative. The hotel was close to her house. It was right off the highway very easy to get to. The breakfast all 3 days was very delicious and with all the choices my husband and I could each select what we wanted. The gentleman who was the breakfast host Friday morning was a delight. He offered to get us anything on the breakfast bar and even came by our table to check on us and cleared our used plates for us, an exceptional employee! Also the weekend hosts were very fine.

Good location to my event venue. Breakfast staff are excellent.

No bathroom fan A/C inconsistent Very Noisy hallway every night Guest in adjoining room tried to enter our room thru adjoining door- twisted lock & doorknob and knocked etc Hotel charged us after we presented pre-paid ltr thru 3rd party- hotel charged us anyway and bank held $500+ 4 days. Waiting for it to drop from pending status.

Location was good: not far from a freeway on/offramp. I was in a room on the quiet side of the hotel, which was great. Room size was decent, bathroom was nicely sized. The room smelled great. It's an odd thing to comment on, but when you've had rooms that stunk, you appreciate one that smells really good.

The bed was pretty firm, almost uncomfortably so. The room was mostly clean. Some dust in the room, bathroom corners need more attention. Adjoining walls are very thin and I could hear everything in the room next to mine, even the guy burping, and rustling his bag of chips.

We have stayed at this location several times before and it's always been great! Cathy greeted us and checked us in. . . we knew it would all be good after that! Miss Sharon in the kitchen and Miss Pat were the best! Friendly and always ready to lend a hand. Miss Sharon kept the food coming and always with a smile! thank you for such a great staff!

The breakfast was OK, just needed more choices. Room was a little noisy, but we were on the Interstate side. The blinds need repair, plus we noticed a lot of blinds need replacing.

travel nurse here, this hotel is definitely on my recommendation list! I had to extend my stay for a few hours to get some sleep and the staff were so accommodating! breakfast had a great selection, especially after coming off a 12 hr shift. will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was very good ,the ladies were all very kind and helpful. The young ladies at the desk were amazing, friendly and helpful!

We went down to get breakfast at 5:57 am and was told we cannot eat until 6am. Too rigid and tone of voice was stern.

I was given a bill for $144 and told that is the final charge. I checked my bank account and I had to pay $159. why?

Staff was great, location is far better than expected. Room was great. Best thing, kids loved the pool and the water pressure was amazing!!! Will definitely be back!

Not a fan of sausage, bacon is always preferred but hey can't please us all right! Not complaints. Left full and completely satisfied!!

Staff were amazing. The breakfast crew did a great job with only 2 people and a full house of rooms.

Honestly there was nothing I didn't like.
