Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springfield on I-44

The staff were fantastic. They fulfilled all our requests in a very timely manner. The furniture was comfortable, the area was safe, the electronics in the room worked well, and the pool was great

The WiFi signal in our room was very weak and inconsistent. It was better in other parts of the property, which makes me think that our room was too far away from the router. The room was a little small.

I really appreciated the friendliness and efficiency of the office staff. I also appreciated the same good qualities of the housekeeping and maintenance staff. They all get high marks from me.

It's not that I didn't like the facility or the staff, they were awesome. I just didn't like having to be there so long, which was not the fault of the facility or the staff, it was due to a moving company that never showed up to take my loaded 26 ft uhaul Eventually I hired another mover. But I was just so ready to go and it took exponentially longer than I anticipated.

Very clean and very convenient location. Price was awesome.

They advertised a breakfast included in the stay. However, this 'breakfast' was really just a plastic-wrapped muffin and coffee. I would have still stayed here without a breakfast for the price...but felt mislead by their advertising.

It was in a quiet area and was very clean outside and in. The rooms were very nice however extremely small.

I did not like the fact that the room was so extremely small. I have a two year old I needed to set up a pack and play. There was barely any room for the pack and play! I had to set it up by the sink area in front of the bathroom door and there was just barely any room to open the door to go to the bathroom.

Rooms were clean, staff was helpful and friendly.

Rooms were small, and staff didn’t know how to apply my booking.com credit so I had ended up paying for all of it.

I stayed approximately 6 days. The young lady at the front desk her name is Riley she's got a great little attitude. I had a reservation at the Ramada Oasis which is a 4/5 star hotel. I decided to stay at the Days inn it was just as much quality and less money

The only thing bad I can say is the filter tray for the coffee maker was missing. Hard to make coffee with out that. They had just finished a fresh pot at the checkout desk, which was probably better anyway, so all was fine.

The breakfast was coffee and a cup of fruit!!! I thought it was supposed to be a continental breakfast

The front desk staff was awesome and checked us in very quickly. He told us where we could park the trailer without any issues.

The breakfast selection could have been better. Not enough selection.

I always enjoy being. At that location, the staff is very nice.

That it's wintertime and I couldn't get into the swimming pool.
