Arbor Suites At The Mall

I like the privacy and layout of the property. Parking is available to be close to each building. Looks like each room has a an outdoor balcony area.

It is an older property. Our a/c had a little trouble keeping up. The staff was more than willing to move us to another room, but we chose stay in our original room, so it was keeping it cool enough for comfort.

Staff was wonderful, cheap rates. I got the penthouse suite and for what we paid it was awesome. Very quiet, interesting place. I was looking forward to staying again if ever in the area and would recommend it to anyone. Could use a little better cleaning but knowing the size of they're rooms and how many I'd still give them 4/5. Unfortunately due to the company that stayed with me ruined any future visits. For that I apologize and was disgusted and embarrassed with who I chose to join me. But besides that it was very nice and I'm kind of upset that I can no longer come back. 😞❤️

"Fully" stocked kitchens are not fully stocked , random things here and there but for what you pay , cant complain to much. Would have liked to see condition with my shampoo. I stopped randomly so didn't have much with me. But didn't ask about it either. Floors and dust cleaning could have been better but not wasn't horrible.

1st and foremost the the front desk managers was the best. Funny friendly caring helpful. I needed easy access because a was having brain surgery the next morning. I needed a extra pillow. The room had a full kitchenette and big bath. It was way better then a 4 star room we got another visit. Yes it had minor issues buy they didn't bother us.

The location there was a lot to walk 2 around there

You no longer have continental breakfast you gave me a brown bag I can't have blueberries so I couldn't eat the muffin the apple is brown so I had to go and pay for breakfast everyday and also I stayed four days and no one ever asked me if I wanted my room clean or if I needed towels or anything and then I was told I was supposed to ask for them and I was never told that until I left

This place was very nice and The staff was excellent. The fireplace was an unexpected Surprise even though we didn't need to use it.

There wasn't much to not like. There were a few bad stains from water leaks and the room needed painting. The coffee pot leaked all over the counter when we filled it up. Then we didn't find the dishes until the next morning because they were in the dishwasher. But we're still going back for a weekend stay next month.

Absolutely beautiful; though it’s dated, and older,in its day it was absolutely stunning, and still beautiful. Perfect studio accommodation. Peaceful.

Only thing was the oven handle would fall off, but that’s not a deal breaker.

The man at the desk the evening we checked in was very helpful and friendly. I was at the office several times to ask questions and he was happy to answer. We needed extra pillows and there was only one wash cloth in the room but I found one in the kitchen so it was all good. Also, I left my husbands wallet on the counter in the office ( ;-( ...and the man behind the desk immediately called our room when he noticed it. The morning person, not so much. When I asked where breakfast was, she got up, grabbed a paper sack with granola bars and apples in it and handed it to me. Not exactly what I call a continental breakfast. But that was a minor detail. Everything else was quite nice.

The pool and the basketball courts. We spend the weekend there. It was more fun then going out into Springfield. I definitely will be back next year.

The room could of been a little cleaner. There was trash under the bed. The sheet were not clean. People were running up and down the stairs yelling all night. The hot tube was not heated.

We really like the place as a quiet getaway for quality time together. This time was a little different because we're relocating to Texas therefore it's going to be some time before we get back

We were a a little disappointed by the condition of the room. Paint was chipping off everywhere and there were no dishes so we not able to cook the food we brought with us.

It gives more of an old apt vibe then a hotel. We had a king suite and was over all pleased. The room was very clean. Had a fold out couch that could be adjusted in several positions. The only complaint about the room is the bed was more of an older bed and was really uncomfortable. The couch was actually more comfortable then the bed. Other then that I could t complain about the room. Would definitely come back and stay again. Price was very reasonable. Now the one complaint I would have about the property is the pics of the pool needs to be updated. The pool had not been cleaned or water let out from who knows when. Had dead squirrels floated all around and I mean several. The water was black was a very poor site to see when standing outside on the steps. Our balcony door would not open so we had to stand outside the door by the steps. So the pool and hot tube is not in use and very poorly taken care of. Again however would still continue to stay for the price and the location. So i would give 9 out of 10 for clean and 9 out of 10 for comfort.
