Bacon good nice and crispy, egg/ cheese o melets were good. Frig in room good idea. Bench in shower excellent. Worked well also raised toilet and hand rails all great for this handicapped lady. Handicapped parking close. Lady receptionist was nice and male staffer mopping the floor told me the floor was slick and to b careful walking on it being wet.very nice experience

This blew any other property at this price point away!!! The Bed was top notch comfort. The towels, soaps etc were beyond generous and luxurious. The room temp was easily controlled using a real thermostat NOT a loud wall unit like most rooms. The staffvwent out of their way to make you feel welcome. Large breakfat area and breakfast offerings that ran the gambit.

That I wasn't staying longer.

I liked the location. It has modern decor which is different from most others. Due to pandemic they gave a breakfast to go. My last stop did not. Very nice.

The gentleman running the front desk was VERY friendly & welcoming. I’m unfamiliar with the area, and he really helped me out by recommending certain activities & restaurants. The room was very clean & bed was so comfortable! The location was perfect!

No microwave. You could hear pretty vividly noises from the room over. The bath tub was oddly shaped. No way to sit back & soak in it.

The location was great. We were in town for army graduation, and getting to the base was quick and easy. The staff was awesome and friendly. Though the rooms are smaller than the average hotel, it served our purpose. I would definitely recommend this location.

The washcloths were looking dingy - no longer white. I would definitely recommend an upgrade in the cleaning detergent that is used. It may have been because we are in a pandemic, but it would have been nice to have the option to have food delivered from the hotel restaurant.

They were short staffed so no front desk staff from 8pm to 7am on day of arrival, but they had planned ahead and had a back-up for guests to contact Holiday Inn 2 doors down if needed assistance (which we did not) and staff member who explained this was super cute. All staff were very friendly.

bottle of body wash for shower would have been nice as bar of soap gets worn down so quickly in the shower

So the facility was clean and cared for plus the water pressure was the best in any hotel I’ve ever been in, swear to god. The location was perfect for going to army graduation and your surrounded by restaurants and food markets so it’s extremely convenient. I think due to covid that the bar was shut down but all in all I loved it and hope to visit again. -side note: when you go to pay you will be charged a cover charge that I don’t remember seeing when I booked so be sure to keep an extra amount on the card when you pay.

The billing process where it looks like it’s about to double charge even though it doesn’t, not the property’s fault just the way their finance system operates so not terrible.

The breakfast was delicious every morning during our stay. The pool was clean. The room was clean. But the staff was beyond PHENOMENAL!! EVERY single one! They were friendly. Some would work housekeeping. Then we would see them working the bar. Or behind the front desk. And they all still did it with being pleasant!! And when one staff memes had dogs to bring to work. And we had a new soldier to see, who is a dog lover.. it added a special touch! For that I sincerely Thank you!

Lol, need to have extra toilet paper in the bathroom. And a mirror in the bedroom is usually handy when there is 2 guests staying with one bathroom to share.

The hotel is easy to find, the room has hardwood flooring, I didn't have to climb into the tub to shut the bathroom door (unlike the last Super 8 I stayed at), the window shade was a pull-down print of the Eiffel Tower @ dusk instead if the same sheer curtains & light-blockers every other hotel uses, breakfast was good, the food at the hotel's bar & grill was delicious, good water pressure from the shower head. What I liked most of is that the building isn't a collection of earth-tone squares and rectangles like the 'big' chains use.

Bed springs were a little noisy, vent fan in the bathroom didn't run.

everything, the rooms are super clean, the breakfast is hot like eggs, sausage, hot cakes, coffee, that kind of stuff. I arrived at night and I get lost ‘cause maps gave me another adress, I freak out so I call the property and the girl on duty was extremely nice and kind, I highly recommend this hotel, is the best one that I ever been stayed.
