Very convenient and clean.

The firefighter who was at the front desk at check-in. He had on some radio that he was monitoring accidents on the freeway and it was very annoying and distracting. He should NOT have had that on while working at the motel! Very unprofessional! Plus, it obviously distracted him because he printed out a form that he said I had to completely fill out. I told him I stay there all the time and my information was in the computer so I did NOT need to fill out the complete form again! He made some lame excuse and printed out the already completed form for me to sign. He needs to NOT be listening to the CB radio or whatever it is when he is an employee at the motel! That, or quit working there...

We loved the breakfast we got the suit with the hot tub room was clean bed was soft the employees were very friendly and helpful we stayed in Nevada for my child's medical appointment and the staff took awesome care of us

I wasn't happy with the fact that we still had 2.5 hours till check out took our bags to the car so we were ready to hit the road when it was time came back to our room so I could use the hot tub before we headed home on a 5 hour trip and they had started cleaning our room they dumped out my coffee pot check out the trash cans and already had put bleach water cleaner in the hot tub and filled it halfway up so I couldnt use it anymore I was a little upset with that after I spent 140 bucks on the room just for the hot tub I just didn't think a hotel housekeeper went into somebody room while their wallet and keys and stuff is all still sitting on the table I was uncomfortable with that but everything else was awesome

The breakfast is simple but tastes great and the variety is worth it. Some hotels over do it and you end up with quantity and not quality. But not here, everything that should be hot is hot, not dried out or over cooked. Staff was amazing and friendly, especially Heather. Room was clean and comfy. If we ever need to stay locally again, this is our first choice!

The only thing I can think of here is the hot tub is really hot at times and could be set a but cooler.

Loved the room and the sleeping area having and ability to close a door if wanted. It was quiet. Very comfortable and gave us room to have our 2 grandchildren over. We had the pool to ourselves, which does not always happen so that was a nice bonus! The room was clean and spacious

Our shower did not work well, the plunger to push down to stop the shower did not work ,it was stuck in the up-shower on position The sack breakfast was less than desirable-in fact the Holiday Inn in the area has resumed hot breakfast, which we have had and will always be our first choice in booking a room in the area if they have rooms available, which they did not this time

We liked where the facility was in proximity to I-49, Buzz's Steakhouse and the fuel stop. The room was nice and comfortable. We made use of the Hot tub after about 8.5 hours of driving. We've stayed here several times in the past, and look forward to getting off the road with comfort.

What we didn't really care for was none of the hotel fault. It was the Covid 19, Part D. Which closed off the breakfast room and real food for breakfast. However, the Juice and breakfast bar were pretty good and sustained us until near noon.

very clean! I’ve never been to a cleaner hotel. not even a spec of dust! It may be a bit older but they take pride in this hotel. the lady at breakfast was super sweet and kept the food well stocked.

the only complaint I have is the pillows. they were a bit flat. that’s it.

The staff is fantastic. very polite, helpful, humorous, and all of them keep the facility very clean.

The beds were not comfortable: mattresses were too hard and left me with tight lower back and hamstrings maki g it hard to sleep.

didn’t find anything wrong with stay we’ve stayed here going on 3 years now we go see her mom twice a year and stay here when we up for visits

Breakfast was warm, delicious, and filling! There are biscuits, eggs, and sausage available every morning. There is a waffle maker and at least three types of cereal available. :)

Size of room. Indoor pool (didn’t have time to use). Right off the highway.

Bring breakfasts back. While the grab and go is nice if you are in a hurry, it was full of sugary prepackaged items. When leaving, a guy exited his room with a med size dog that was unleashed and followed after my family. Decor dated, but I’m ok as long as it’s clean. Beds a little hard.
