the pros and cons are both in the fact they are currently remodeling and upgrading the facilities! so for me it was all a win! and the breakfast was beyond what I had excepted for the price ! all in all I have no complaints for this facility .

Like I already said the pros and cons of the facility is it’s currently under a remodel, however the staff was amazing at letting you know what was happening and the remodel didn’t impede your stay in our room, but it was definitely noticed when checking in : to me it wasn’t something to see as a negative , since they are currently making the whole space more modern!

The room was very nice. Not one of the staff member I met rude qnd they were very helpful. Loved the pool and hot tub.id definitely visit again the only thing I wish is that there were more stores close but hey all the food I could eat in walking distance. The staff felt like family...it was overall one of the best hotel stays ...if I don't count the renovations and elevator floor and no shoping or fun stuff close..

They were renovating the fitness center but I'm sure that area will be nice when I visit again. And elevator floor looked very old like it needed cleaning or new flooring.

Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was also nice to walk out of your room straight to your car parked outside the door.

Our first room had some ants in the bathroom. But in defense, it is an older hotel and there had been a ton of rain that week. We brought it to staffs attention and the switched our room immediately.

The staff was very friendly! Room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The guy that set up the breakfast bar was my favorite. He acted as a waiter and came to our table to clean trash and bring us items. He was very nice!

The 2nd morning there was a different man doing the breakfast. He was not very nice. 30 mins before breakfast was over he tried to tell us it was over so he wouldn't have to make more food for the late risers. But at the end the nice man came back and finished up very nicely!

Updated bathrooms, clean rooms, easy to find location, various breakfast choices, 24 hrs snack shop and espresso

Too small cafeteria to fit guest- overcrowded during 8-9 am times We were literally bumping into each other There was nobody at the check in desk for 5 min when we arrive. I rang the bell 3 times before a guy showed up apologizing

The staff, especially the morning clerk, were courteous and helpful. We'd been here twice before and were pleased with the progress on the renovations.

We had a very squeaky door to the restroom with an inside knob falling off. It was very noisy until 10 pm. when the high school guys finally exited the pool area.

The staff, front desk, breakfast area and housekeepers, were all very helpful, pleasant as well as professional. The room, breakfast area and all areas of the hotel were neat and clean. This is especially important to note, realizing that the hotel was also being remodeled and there was currently a remodeling crew working in and on the building. The breakfast is above average. Very Satisfied.

Large room. AC got really cold, really fast. Good water pressure in shower. Breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from. Staff was professional and friendly/helpful.

Booked a ADA room, but upon arrival was informed no ADA room was available. Some remodeling/renovation being done outside. A little more dirt and less cleanliness in some areas (expected). Parking was less than normal from the aforementioned.

The breakfast was very good. Better than usual "breakfast included" selections. They had cinnamon raisin bread, Belgian waffles, homemade yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, good quality orange juice. The room had a Keurig coffee maker. It was undergoing renovations but I was pleasantly surprised.

I only had a short overnight stay, but I was very impressed with the room and the general cleanliness of the place. I think they are just finishing up a remodel, so everything is like new. Had to leave too early to be able to check out everything (including the breakfast), but I will definitely recommend this place to friends. Such a great find!

Wish I had time to stay longer!
