The staff was very nice. Rooms were really nice. It's a new hotel so everything was very bright and clean.

The sofa is not a pull out sofa bed... it's more of a futon like contraption that was not the most comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast was a 0/10 for us. I read the reviews that said the most wonderful things about breakfast here but during our stay that WAS NOT the case. It was pretty awful with an extremely limited selection. There were scrambled eggs, an egg white dish, 2 types of sausage, and grits. They also offered dry cereal, bagles, and bread for toasting. My kids were disappointed. They didn't even have a waffle maker. The food was pretty lackluster and not very good.

1st ice machine broken-no ice machine on 2nd floor. Employee working during breakfast was not on her game. She waited for food to be totally out before refilling. The coffee ran out and we had to wait for it to brew. The eggs were gone and had to wait 15 minutes for the new batch. She was in no hurry whatsoever while people waited. This should have been anticipated since to my knowledge the hotel was booked.

Fantastic location. Ladies at the check in desk were very friendly, and helpful in telling me restaurants and things to do in the area. Hotel itself was very clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable. Great to have refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Cleaning staff very nice, and didn't make you feel rushed to leave. My room was actually cleaned while I was out, which is a rarity these days. So many places to eat, all within 5 minutes of the hotel.

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We truly wish we’d been able to stay longer. Keep up what you are doing. Julie greeted us at the front desk and was just an amazing person to talk to. She was kind, sweet, a cat lover, and professional. She made our first impression fantastic! You facilities are just outstanding! :)

Everything was wonderful.

The staff was friendly and helpful always... Even if you just passed them in the hallway. And they were genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and I loved the fire pit outside.

The pool was closed the first night there. We had kids with us and they needed to get out some energy... But definitely used it all the other nights

Almost everything! Only thing would have made it perfect would have been the pool area bigger more seating and the outside lounge/grill area had been clean.. we would have grilled we were that impresssed!

Oh Yes you all really need a bar area also! That! Would definitely made it a 10!

everything! the MCM style of decor is definitely my jam…the suite was extremely well-appointed. it was quiet, comfortable, and everything a hotel should be.

there was nothing I didn’t like. I visit St Louis often and will stay here all the time if I can find good deals.

The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. Only thing that I saw missing was packets of oatmeal. It was very stocked and tasted very good. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable.

I cannot think of anything that I would have needed to make it better.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The facility was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed spending time together around the fire pit.

The complimentary breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Both the waffle makers were “out of order” during our entire stay.

very clean, well maintained, staff was super friendly, dog friendly, they are full kitchen suites! They go the extra mile to ensure their guests have a great stay. little touches by having the tv in your guest room say good evening with your name on it. asking your pets names, making sure we had sheets and blankets for the pull out couch! I can’t say enough!

I thought the pet fee was a tad high compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at but understand the fee once I understood that you want to make sure your property stays in pristine condition!
