good price, comfortable beds. Simple place if you just need a place to sleep.

As the reviews say... the bathroom towels are terrible. I read those reviews and thought how bad could they be...? they are laughably poor quality. Bathroom was a big dirty as well. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Everything about our stay here was amazing!! The hotel is very clean and homey, and the staff is on point. The power went out due to a summer storm at about 5 a.m., and Nikki stepped up to the plate to make me forget we were sitting in the dark. If you ever need a place to stay near Memphis, this hotel is worth the extra few minutes of drive time to get to the city!!

Honestly, I thought I was going to be disappointed about the lack of a hot breakfast, but the sack breakfast they offered hit the spot! Who doesn't love hostess doughnuts, granola bars, and a cup of mandarin oranges. It was a great start to a great day!!

called informed cleaner didn’t make the bed she was sent up to do so and stated that she had 16 rooms to clean and wasn’t about to tuck the sheets in all the rooms. Also didn’t clean the restroom at all the bathtub, counters, fridge, nothing! I was there for work and was in a rush to get ready and noticed also no iron or board they had to bring it up and by this time I was late for work. I didn’t want to get off and come back to an unclean room that I never stayed in I was shocked because it’s always clean when I’ve stayed in the past. I’m still going to leave 5* because I’m going to let this slide I’ll be back and hopefully I get the 5* experience I normally get!!

Price, location, quality of facilities.

Front desk was a little cold and abrupt when I told her that earlier in the day when I made the reservation I had requested first floor and they had agreed. When I checked in early evening, front desk gave me 2nd floor and I mentioned my earlier conversation. She became a little cold and annoyed but she did agree to inquire and was able to put me on the 1st floor. If the roles were reversed, I would have not gotten cold or irritated but rather just tried to help the guest. Not a big deal - just an observation.

Location and access to the hotel was very convenient and was within walking distance from several restaurants. The room was clean and neat; furnishings were simple, but adequate. The bathroom was spacious, with shampoo & body wash dispensers on the wall of the tub/shower. The bed was very comfortable.

The room phone didn't work, so we couldn't call the front desk. The room had a small ironing board, but no iron. Had to make a trip to the front desk to request an iron which was readily provided. Overall, though, we felt that the hotel was absolutely worth the price, and would definitely consider staying there again.

The price was unbelievable. The hotel was in a very quiet area, but close enough to walk across the street to get food or a short drive for more options. We were very skeptical about staying at such a cheap hotel, but the reviews were so good that I convinced my partner to try it. The hotel was very clean, updated and the bed was super comfortable. The room was very spacious. Air worked very well and an extra blanket was provided.

A few lights were out in the room, but we managed without calling anyone. Towels appeared old, but clean.

The facilities were very nice and accommodating, and rooms were good sized. There were no dishes of any kind in the room, even though there was a kitchen (although that could be COVID related and we didn't ask). There also wasn't an ice bucket in the room. When we asked, the front desk person was confused and said it should be been in the room, but she did get one for us. Overall, we were impressed with every staff member we saw. They were friendly and helpful whenever we interacted with them. The only other negative was that the hair dryer in our room didn't work. But, we didn't mention it until we left since we weren't there for very long. But, we mentioned it when checking out and she seemed to add a note. Great place to stay overall!

Lobby and room was very nice and clean. Beautiful cabinet and table marble like tops. Price was good for a last minute booking on a Saturday night. Motel is fairly new and you can tell. There is no home cooked breakfast, which was an issue with my husband, but you get a continental brown bag carryout. There's not any paper towels or Kleenex in rooms. Room has a stovetop, microwave and a large refrigerator. We both liked it and would definitely always stay there if back in that city again. Everything in lobby and room was very clean and smelled nice. 30 minutes before I arrived, I received a call to see if I was still coming and that was nice of them. Evening and morning clerk was very friendly and morning clerk was very helpful in getting what I asked for.

No home cooked breakfast, but not a big deal, otherwise there was not anything to dislike. Everything was good.

The property was clean, nice location and have EV chargers. A level 2 charger at that…

No breakfast. I asked before I booked, Friday and Saturday for a late checkout and everyone was nice about, check the paper and stated that it should be fine. Then here comes check out time and Sue automatically decline. If I knew that, I would’ve book somewhere where they do late check out.
