Homestay Horn Lake Southaven

The property is absolutely beautiful. The staff top tier. I stayed for two nights in a handicapped equipped room. They are currently remodeling the property , so breakfast is provided to go. If you need anything, just call the office, and the staff is eager to please. Once I was checked in, " Jerry," the evening attendee called the room to make sure I was happy and comfortable . Now, if this isn't fantastic customer service!!! 💯💯 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION !!! THANK YOU, to the wonderful STAFF who made my stay PERFECT!!.. DECIDED 10 STARS

The only complaint I have is the negative comments about this location. Now, I can't speak for the past, BUT the negative opinions and comments are definitely not true for the PRESENT 3/20/23.

This was not an upscale hotel, but it was a very decent hotel. We have stayed at this property several times. The staff has always been very nice & accommodating. The room was clean & outside of the property was clean as well. The only downfall was the bed coverings. It only had a sheet to cover up with. So, bring your own blanket. I'm sure hotels stopped using blankets/bedspreads after COVID. Overall, as always, it was an excellent stay.

It was a very nice facility. Very clean and updated. Great location.

Had nothing to do with the hotel. Our room was close to the pool and there were some teenagers that stayed in the pool until it closed at 10 pm. They were having fun, we were tired. Lol

The location was exceptionally quiet at night for this level of hotel. Also, it was decent as it relates to cleanliness.

The grab and go breakfast was a bit disappointing 😞 we were hoping for the waffles and powdered eggs. My bathroom reaked off Marijuana, my faucet had toothpaste spots and there were cup stains on the night stand.

I was very pleased with everything. Clean and was easy to get to Graceland. Plenty of hot water never ran out. Very well worth the money. The only thing I see that needs improve is some tub treads in the bathtub so it not so slick. I would give it a 10. Thank you nancy

The location was convenient to the functions my Significant Other & I attended.

The air conditioner was loud and even when turning it to a comfortable temperature, it was still too cold. I didn't want to freeze like a Popsicle.

This is was my first time ever booking a room for myself and I didn’t have any problems! When I entered the room it smelled so clean!!! The bathroom was so clean it made me feel as I was at home! Definitely will be back in the future!! I didn’t hear anyone in the next room making noises, and not a lot of in and out on the side I stayed on.

The parking area was tight and there was a lot of in and out traffic. The opposite side was full of people walking and hanging around and there was a group of teenagers peeking around looking up to no good while I stepped out for a smoke. Would have liked to leave at a later time since I like sleep.

The beds were comfy, it was quiet even though we were by the interstate. My only issue is that the floors were very dirty. If you walk barefoot, your feet would get black from dirt. My friend stayed in another room, same problem. Other than that it was great!

I liked that it was in a nice area. The front desk was really nice. and so were the housekeeping.

I didn’t like that the door was kinda lose but it still shut correctly, there was a sign that they were under construction so I didn’t complain.

location was nicely centrally located for the activities we had planned Breakfast was not an option due to the pandemic we reckoned. staff was professional, friendly and very accommodating. bed was comfortable, shower had awesome pressure and no shortage of hot water. room was clean -- refrigerator , microwave and coffee maker worked well and were welcome accessories. house coffee was tasty-- location to several restaurants nice too.

it rained one day-- no complaints about hotel or staff. would stay there again. the stay complimented an awesome week in memphis. again the staff was very friendly and accommodating. how so ? received extra coffee when asked, got extra towels, asked for no room service for a couple days, staff always had a smile and were respectful and courteous. definitely service oriented--
