Room on first floor, close to an exit! I was able to park close to he exit. I am handicapped so close to an exit was perfect for me. I will rent again soon. What discounts are available to me?

The mattresses could be changed in room I rented. There was no hair dryer in room, I had to get one from front desk. I was charged $30.00 when I checked in and I didn’t see it on my receipt when I checked out. I will be calling when I get my credit card charges. There were no napkins when we has breakfast on Thursday morning. Staff improvised with Kleenex. It worked!! LOL

I like everything about it. I love the snap panel wood floors as opposed to the dirty stain filled carpets at MOST hotels. I loved the concierge. She was sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. I adored the fresh baked cookies and coffee offered to the guests. The full breakfast was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable and I was overwhelmed by the cleanliness of the entire facility. When in the area, we definitely WILL be staying with you all again, For sure. #ShunTheProducer

I didn't like that the gym that was pictured as part of the package was out of order, and nothing to state that it was out of order was listed on the booking page given from the property. I wasn't advised upon check in either, so I had no way to know that I could not access the gym until after i checked in. The gym was the main reason I chose this hotel over The Hilton in Pearl MS, so I didn't appreciate it being out of order, with no warning that it was inoperable.

It was fairly priced and the staff was friendly.

They expect you to stay there and only clean the room once and when you ask for towels they treat you as if you're trying to steal them.

The staff was very professional and excellent customer service skills and I love sweet lady who was serving and cooking the breakfast every morning very nice lady.

Is that I could not get my Fire Stick to work at because the WiFi Internet Connection was real, real bad and was not working properly and they had to call a telephone company out to try to fixed it and still did not for me or in my room and I was not satisfied with that.

Grounds could have have been upkept better. Trash and bushes trimmed. People not sitting out in their cars all the time. Looking somewhat shady

I love the how clean the property was how nice and friendly the staff are. Even the lady who check us in she was awesome can’t remember her name but she’s an amazing person.

Things were the best that could be concerdering the covid breakfast could have been more choices maybe. But all was good. Coffee was great.

No cl ock in room and no TV guide did not get paper when I left said it was my phone . That should be a choice . I like papers so I can go back for info if I want to return again

I love everything about this hotel. Shonda is very nice. She makes sure everything is great. The breakfast is great and have varieties.
