Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi

Awesome atmosphere...great location...we were upgraded to platinum tower upon arrival which I thought was nice...staff was tremendous whenever you needed them. The pool and swim up bar is fantastic!!

Rooms were actually pretty nice as far as layout and such..only thing is some updating needs to be done platinum tower #806...carpet has visibly been worn out and has visible stains that obviously can't be cleaned up properly with chemicals or otherwise...walls and fixtures need attention as well. One sink faucet on the double vanity was loose to the base. Shower although beautiful with the glass and tile is very slick if you don't watch yourself(my wife slipped and fell)..other than that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

The location was excellent, with a great view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help, answer questions and just say hi as you passed them! The hotel is well maintained, clean, and constantly saw staff cleaning and taking care of things. The pool was very nice and relaxing, has a swim up bar at it as well. Nice hot tub to sit in as well that very spacious. The beds were very comfortable, and even had pillows that didn't go flat in the room! Has a very nice casino, which is well cleaned, well staffed with friendly folks as well. Never once had an issue with any staff! Definitely a great choice and highly recommend staying here if you haven't, we will definitely go back!

The only thing I didn't like, was not enough plugs near the beds, however just a small thing and we made it work!

Loved the cleanliness of the room. The casino was so much fun Truly enjoyed a lovely evening on our anniversary with my husband. Ruth Chris was amazing! The staff except for the pool staff was so sweet and friendly.

Everything was great a little disappointed the pool area was closed all night due to a party that extended there time. And the pool manager that evening was very rude when we were in the elevator heading down to the pool. Stated to a group of us “ Go back up you ant gettin in the pool tonight, It Closed to all of you” with no explanation why. Then a gentleman from the party told us why

The staff were so helpful. The front desk representative Isis was very friendly and nice, she informed us of all the things we do in the hotel or around the area. Our room exceeded our expectations.

The elevator seemed to have a small malfunction when going to specific floors. Our room was on the fifth floor and instead of stopping us at our floor we would constantly pass the floor several times before we could actually get off the elevator. The staff at Sugar Factory were not attentive, they were very snappy, and seemed unconcerned about the guests not just my wife and I, but others as well, we watched the interactions between them.

Check in was super easy and parking was a breeze. The room was clean and fairly comfortable. Restaurant choices were great, and the casino staff was super friendly. I was upgraded to the Royal Tower and the view was spectacular.

Maybe at least 1 non smoking area in the casino? It’s 2023 now and most smokers know they are in the minority. Also, smoking should absolutely be forbidden outside of the casino, and there was one guy smoking at check in with nobody saying anything to him. The room was good, but the fridge wasn’t working and it would have been nice to have a foot stool for the lounge chair.

Room 1104 was very comfortable. Great view of the pool area. Bathroom amenities were good, good water pressure in the large walk-in shower, separate w/c, very nice size towels. Comfortable beds, nice linens.

I had neglected to ask for a room that was NOT connected to another room. Unfortunately the people in the room next to us, 1102, were extremely noisy throughout our 2 night stay, as their noise bothered us thru the connecting door. We didn't complain at the time, until check out. The clerk was very sympathetic and said we should have complained, and they would have contacted the inhabitants. Our mistake in not having done so.

Pool area nice though didn’t feel all that clean, kind of cloudy. Very hot week so of course, water was super warm. Swim up bar convenient. Though kids were jumping off the stools and one parent allowed young daughter to sit for a bit. Room had some banged up furniture and the door to fridge didn’t stay shut. Shower SUPER loud, squealing sound. We were only here one night. Not a fan of the frosted glass bathroom doors. You can still see someone sitting on the toilet. We were in the Royal tower. Assuming other one more updated

everything from the front desk agent (girl with red hair) to the manager of the Sugar Factory. The room was clean, common areas were clean, the overall experience was just what we needed. I work as an F&B director for a Marriott brand hotel in New Orleans and quite honestly….. I took notes!! I think the most exciting thing to me was the rain shower head. I know that is minor but it was amazing watching the little storm roll through while taking a shower. Oh, and when we walked in, Kendal Lamar’s “Please don’t kill my vibe” was playing on the music station on the tv. That set the tone. Thanks y’all for a great mini vaca. We will be back and recommend.

loved the view and the bed was so comfortable. loved the shower. restroom could of had a vent but it was ok.

customer service at the front desk needs work - staff not friendly and welcoming at all. our room was not ready so we had to wait to get call. Upon coming back to the front desk to get room number, we had to wait in line AGAIN just for our room number although we had already checked in. It would have been nice to just walk up to a designated staff that only issues room numbers to those customers that had to wait. Customer service could have been better and friendlier - that always helps when being inconvenienced.

The atmosphere was easy and friendly. The staff was very kind and polite.

The ONLY thing that I found to be an issue was.......I was unable to locate a cart to help get my belongings up to my room. Each time I asked - I was directed to the same location but it wasn't meant to be. When I got there and when I left I had to make multiple trips back and forth and up and down and in and out. I can't really blame anybody it just happened that way. It was my choice to NOT persist or demand. I never saw a cart or a bell boy the whole time I was there.
