Waterwalk Minneapolis Plymouth

This is truly am amazing facility and if there were more WaterWalk locations they would be the only place I would stay. The convenience of traveling with four adults and having 2 bathrooms plus 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry, and four televisions is exceptional. We saved so much money staying here and had plenty of room to spread out rather than being cramped in one or two hotel rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and the location is very quiet in an office park but near major highways and just 16 minutes from Minneapolis.

The beds are okay but not any worse than the average hotel room. The living furniture was a bit shabby but comfortable.

If i had to come back, the only hotel I would choose is here in Waterwalk Plymouth. For long stays, I like that there is a washer and dryer in my room as well as a living room with TV, dining table with chairs and a kitchen with a sink and refridgerator. 2 bathrooms for each room which is definitely a plus. Parking space is limited but we always managed to find a spot to park at. It was very quiet I couldn't hear any other guests through the walls or hallways which is worth while. The facility is very clean and quiet. Love this place!!

I just didn't like that I kept having to ask for toilet paper for my long stay. The room should of been prepared for guests with plenty of toilet paper without always having to ask the front desk for it all the time. Also, the trash bags are very cheap and can easily rip. We had a lot of trash and every time we tried to tie it the garbage bag would always rip.

The rooms were huge and contained everything you needed to have a comfortable stay! There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so you won't need to fight for the bathroom. Each room comes with a tv. The kitchen comes with a huge fridge and utensils for cooking. The staff were also friendly and recommended Maple Grove, which is a short drive away for plenty of food and shopping options.

I love that it's an apartment style hotel. Our particular room had two bedrooms (each with a bathroom) and a washer/dryer and a kitchen. It's a great place to stay if you plan on being in the area for a few days. Very clean. Great location. Not far from the highway. Not terribly far from the Twin Cities. (Less than a half hour)

I liked everything.

The rooms were nicely updated. Living room with a full equipped kitchen and a table with chairs to sit and eat. Each room had a bathroom which was really nice! I couldn't hear the people next to me at all either. There was a washer and a dryer in the room which made it more better! Cable TV and central air in the room.

Every time I tried to put youtube on, the TV goes back to the home page without me pressing anything on the remote which was honestly kind of frustrating.

No breakfast

Our dishwasher was full of water at bottom of dishwasher from the day we arrived till we left. We shortened out stay two days. We went to another hotel. We notified office of the problem and suggested a wetvac to get water out. Did not happen. We could smell a odor and my husband has asthma so it started bothering him. We were in town for my brother's funeral so we had to go somewhere else. We were staying a week. The room was nice but we felt that the problem was not going to get resolved.

Loved the set up of the rooms. Excellent, and thoughtful. This facility actually exceeds the standards for self sufficiency. Ideal location, quiet yet accessible. Bravo!

Not much to say here, honestly. I didn't have enough time to explore most services offered by the hotel, therefore not in the best position to critique.

This is a very clean, comfortable, safe place to stay. Accepts pets although we didn’t have one. huge suite w two separate sleeping areas w own bathroom. middle living space w full kitchen and small “den” area. TV in both bedrooms and in the communal space. washer and dryer. also a small balcony. Nice area about a mile off the interstate.

-trash bags of several rooms would sit in hallway for extended periods of time (all morning and into mid afternoon) awaiting pickup and would cause the hallway to smell (could be an isolated incident)

The room met our needs perfectly. 2 separate bedrooms, each with a bathroom for privacy and central seating for gathering. wonderful! Kitchen was stocked with utensils etc which we did not need, as there was coffee in lobby. If we visit the area again, we would certainly consider staying @ Waterwalk
