I booked this hotel through booking and when my family and I got to the facility the rooms were completely booked but the nice young lady at the front desk was nice enough to get a suite for the same price we booked the original room. I found it very nice of her. The breakfast was super cute because the waffle maker makes waffles with the hotel logo that was awesome. Nice place and wonderful staff.

Hot tub temperature was just right. Room was in perfect condition - very modern design. Great TV - new, large, lots of channels and full program descriptions.

Presumably due to the understaffing happening everywhere, we had to wait for our room to be ready even though it was 2 hours past the check in time of 3:OO. The desk clerk was very nice, very apologetic about it and friendly and nice to talk to. Not a big deal. (We also asked and received a one hour late checkout so we could watch our online church before leaving.)

The room here was far better than the 350/night plus 9.00/day parking at the Hilton Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach! This room had a working tub and shower and free parking and was the right room booked the first time around!! Staff was the best from check in to check out! The Housekeeper AT 86 years young could probably teach the Hilton Staff how to clean rooms! Would highly recommend the Americinn in Jackson MN at 127.00 and free parking over The Hilton Oceanfront in which we had a beautiful view OF THE PARKING LOT!!!!

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean largo Room, comfy beds. breakfast was also tasty, quite a Pragę selection of warm food which doesn’t happen octem in the US. Also - as we were a bit late for breakfast and some food was finished the personel brought new supplies for us

The rooms were very clean. They had a lot of handicap accessible rooms which we were in need of two.

We were looking forward to a relaxing night in the hot tub in the pool. Unfortunately, the heater to the hot tub was not working in the pool was cold.

It was very clean and very comfortable king-size bed. The room was large and well maintained.. The GM was the person that checked us in. She was very pleasant. I thought the price was right too. I would stay again. Great exercise room. The whole place appeared to be new.

No eggs for breakfast. I only found one luggage cart when I first checked in. I couldn't find any when I checked out. However, I think people may have been keeping them longer than usual. Not a deal breaker.

Absolutely gorgeous lobby! Staff very friendly. Nice room with thoughtful furniture designs. Bed and pillows comfy. I really wished we were spending more days here!

The only thing I didn't like was someone not tending to the breakfast room as diligently as they could. Some tables needed to be wiped off, breakfast supplies needed replenishing, and the trashcan was overflowing with trash.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Place is very well kept with newly renovated rooms and a welcoming lobby with a fire place. We will stay there again next time we are in town.

Recently remodeled, the hotel lobby and our room were just beautiful. They had a small bar and pizza, burgers and wings for sale, that meant we didn’t have to go scrounging for fast food at 8:30pm. Our host, Tim, was exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Breakfast was pretty meager, just a breakfast sandwich or a waffle. I realize it may have been their response to COVID, but they could have done better I think.
