Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Novi, MI

Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable. Hot tub was nice. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was decent. The price was acceptable. Lots of parking.

Elevator was slow and a bit bumpy. There was an annoying hum (noise) that we couldn't figure out -- seemed to come through the ceiling fan in the bathroom. No towel rack. Just a hook on the back of the bathroom door. People probably hang stuff on the shower curtain rod...as it was starting to fall off the wall. Hallway noises were very easily heard.

The hotel felt safe and appeared to be updated. The free breakfast was good and had a variety of items to choose from. The TV had many channels available to watch. The staff was friendly.

I had to wait for a while to check in as the host was nowhere to be found. The hot tub was similar to warm bath water and when the jets were on, the water would spill over onto the floor. There was paint peeling in various areas of the ceiling in the pool and hot tub area. The thermostat in the room was difficult to navigate. During times of the stay, early in the morning, loud noises could be heard from the rooms above, where it woke me up.

most everyone was very nice helpful and caring it makes up for the two front desk host one white and other is African American that were rude loud and obnoxious yelled at me about chech inn time I was just trying to show here my confirmation very unprofessional there was this one younger girl talll African American went out her way to be nice and professional and I appreciate her and this fine hotel the breakfast lady is so cool and does a good job goes out of here way to make people feel at home

The room was a suite with a separate bedroom. Clean and comfortable. Location was close to family in Plymouth and liked having a meijer’s and kohl’s nearby

The breakfast was minimal due to COVID but since website said breakfast included it could have had more than a water, granola bar and muffin. Also their website said pool and jacuzzi closed so I didn’t bring swimsuit but all was operating when we arrived.

Hotel was well maintained, quiet and comfortable bed and pillows. Loved that this was a non-smoking hotel with no pets. Staff was nice. Had chocolate cookies for us! Breakfast had good selection.

One guest kept smoking pot in his room on our floor and it kept drifting out into the hall. Ick! The staff tried to tell him, but he didn’t listen and they didn’t kick him out unfortunately.

The facility and room were just fine. The breakfast was typical quick stay hotel breakfast. However the cereal dispenser seemed to mush the special k cereal. The cheerios were fine. The facility was located very near our destination and was easy to get to.

The cereal dispenser could have been better, the Sausage links were turkey sausage links, didn't care for them.

The employee at the desk was very nice and gave a good late night food recommendation. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasted good. Overall very nice - not disappointed at all. Great value for the price.

The hallway was a little noisy before 10pm - but ended before it was time to sleep. The outside of the hotel smelled 'green' - but nothing inside.

Staff did not understand Booking.com procedures. I haf already paid on Booking.com fir my accommodation and was told that it was just a hold and that I had to pay again at the hotel plus the security deposit. A manager assisted in resolving the issue however the 2 gentleman working were argumentative and was not willing to listen.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The free hot breakfast was a nice bonus! The bed/pillows were super comfortable. We had a room right beside the ice machine and asked to switch, and the staff were very accommodating with that request.

The hot tub was cloudy and looked dirty on our first night, but the next day it appeared to have been cleaned so we tried it and it was fine. The room definitely could have been dusted a bit better, but otherwise very clean.

I liked where the property was located. I liked the coffee and water that you could drink while sitting downstairs.

I didn't like the hair fibers found in the towels and how hard they were. I also thought it would be nice for the room to include 2 bottles of water for the guest. In addition, the pillows were AWFUL
