-Front desk staff Richard and Brenden were SO courteous! I was very impressed. -Excellent signage r/t masking and distancing, and hand sanitizer available at elevators on each floor. -Room and lobby spotlessly clean. -River view from 7th floor included fireworks on Friday and Saturday nights from nearby stadium. -Airport shuttle driver kind and accommodating. -Frank in Maintenance fixed my broken door handle immediately. -Big TV in room for watching nba finals.

-on-site restaurant/bar still closed July 2021. -Interior decor dated. -Security of lobby and adjoining areas could be improved.

The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. The vehicle was parked, and we were able to walk to everything. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Overall location was nice and safe,

There was a restaurant in the hotel, but it was closed. It would have been nice if it was open. The reservations were made for four individuals. Our room did not have enough towels to accommodate everyone in our group.

The location is great. We also were amazed by the size of the room.

I tried to get in touch with the hotel several times by email to know how to get the airport shutter but I got no responses. I ended up going by uber - which took me almost an hour of waiting. When I arrived at the hotel I found up some guests that were on the same flight as us and actually got the hotel shuttle, and arrived at the hotel way earlier than us. Also, when I booked, Booking informed our reservation included a continental breakfast. Instead, each morning I had to pick up at the front desk a voucher to Starbucks. These happenings didn't make us dissatisfied with the accommodation, I sure recommend Radisson. But they caused us some frustration and I believe the hotel should revise the information they publish on Booking.

The location couldn't be better if you're there for the connections to government buildings, plus it's nice to look out on the grass of the Riverwalk area. I thought the staff was very friendly and hard-working, very diligent and caring. My bed was comfy and cozy, and the outside lighting wasn't too hard to block out.

The place could use an update & facelift in the common areas. The elevators were especially dated. But they were quick! I never waited more than a few seconds for an elevator (ninth floor room). It was perfectly pleasant.

We came here so we could walk to the lugnuts game and that was very convenient. The hotel smells very good as soon as you walk in and the entrance looks luxurious. The Starbucks was nice inside the hotel. Our bathroom in our room looked new and it was spacious. Everything appeared very clean. AC worked great.

The elevator. Seriously. We were on the 11th floor and I hated coming and going just because the elevator was so creepy. It sounds like it could break down any minute. The hot tub was closed. The restaurant was closed. No breakfast included. Had to pay for parking. Our room looked outdated with the exception of the bathroom. The room smelled a bit musty.

Everything! A few people mentioned it being a "high class" hotel, and assuming I paid an outrageous amount for my stay, but it didn't feel like I paid nearly enough for what it was, personally. I was on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. I had a nice room, nice staff, and a nice stay, would definitely recommend!

The channel selection was rather small and boring, but who cares about that?! The attention to detail when cleaning could be slightly better, but nothing to complain about.

I liked that it was connected to the convention center. The staff was nice and the rooms were cleaned. The walk in shower was very roomy as well.

I booked our room thru booking.com and they did not mention they were remodeling when we stayed there so the pool was closed unfortunately.

The newly renovated room was just what we needed after a long day of wrestling. The bed was super comfortable.

There are as still some renovations being done so the hot tub was sadly closed for maintenance.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and explained where to park clearly.

The skyway and halls of the hotel were either run-down or under construction. We were only at the hotel for a short trip though so it didn’t bother us.

My husband and I stayed one night on our way home on August 13th 2022. We liked everything at this hotel. It is an excellent location, spacious and clean room, and great and welcoming staff. Also there is a free parking next to the hotel.
