Nice location and very comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was good.

The pool was very small. I've stayed at hotels with hot tubs this size. Not great for kids to play. Fridge and microwave were so well hidden they were hard to find! Frosted glass door to bathroom might be uncomfortable with certain families/groups. The energy-saving feature of needing to have the key card in the slot by the door does not work well with an impulsive child who likes to experiment with such things.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the bathroom and the temp was just right. The room and the building was clean and we enjoyed sitting outside near the fire pit (was not on, but that was ok). We also loved the location, we were about 8 minutes from everything we wanted to do and any store you would want to patronize was right there in walking distance.

The breakfast could have been a little better, not everyone likes greek yogurt. It would have been nice to have a choice of yoplait. Just my opinion. There were some kids there that needed better supervision but that is not the hotel's fault.

The manager could have ensured that the parking lot and drive were properly plowed. The snow and ice were not properly removed and the parking lot and driveway were rather treacherous. If this situation continues as is you are going to get sued.

Hotel was newer with very well designed rooms. Bathroom was very modern & storage shelves in the closet provided extra space for extras we brought in. Wide well llit hallways & a great couch from West Elm.

It is new, clean, fresh smell when you walk in. Good parking, right across the street from restaurants and stores. The pool is super hot which is so nice.

The towels were not refreshed in the pool often so we had to go get our own.

This was the best stay in a hotel I have had! The room was modern, clean, and the set up of it was perfect. I love how the bathroom is in between both beds and the desk and couch were in the perfect area. The coffee bar area was a nice touch that was much appreciated and actually of great use! The staff was also VERY nice and helpful!

I honestly do not have anything to say that I didn't like! The only inconvenience was having to schedule a pool time. We are however, in the middle of a pandemic so I know it was necessary. Other that this, the hotel exceeded my expectations!

Actually there isn't one thing i didnt love about this hotel. Even the location was perfect. Breakfast was excellent as well...we stayed for two nights three days and will be back again in the fall. Thank you for everything.

The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It was just what we needed. The location was also good and close to where we wanted to go.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The room was bigger and cuter than I expected and it was very clean and comfortable. We had some confusion with the check-in but it all worked out.

The conversation with the front desk manager late at night when all of us were tired and grouchy.

Absolutely loved this hotel room. It was the nicest room we ever booked. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was also excellent! Enjoyed every minute our stay! We. Will definitely stay again in the future.
