From having issues with my last stay. I addressed my issues with the survey and can I say that I am so extremely happy that I checked in and my room was entirely cleaned. The sheets and comforter were clean and the room smelled clean. I also would like to say that they FINALLY added trays so spilling my items and dropping tem was not going to happen. Also, I would like to mention that the House Keepers that I have encountered are AMAZING. They make the visitors like myself want to come back. They have the professionalism and kindness and patience that a customer like myself adore. One House Keeper in particular Comeisha (I apologize if I spelled your name wrong) She is the epitome of a hard worker and with the most kind soul.

I loved the location and the facility was very clean . The lady that provided breakfast was very hospitable and nice . Ms. Chantel and Mr. Ken were beautiful team members. They made me feel so valuable as a quest and so hospitable. I received excellent customer service from Ms. Chantel and Mr. Ken . Thank you for everything. I and my family appreciate all your kindness

Being able to properly program my room key card .

The doors slam really quick and loud. Our last night I went to buy something from the market and the counter person was pretty nonchalant and rude. Almost like I was bothering her when it's her job to make sure I have a great stay. I just wanted to know where the market was located and even when I came back with my purchase she had an attitude.

I was there about 6 months ago and the property was being upgraded. That stay was fine, but nothing special. This stay however:check-in was pleasant, the room looked updated, the wifi was strong, the bed was comfy, the shower was great, the breakfast was tasty and check-out was friendly.

The elevator creaks a bit. The hallway was a little noisy at times. Both of these issues were minor.

Ms. Mineshaft, a front desk staff, was very efficient, friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff, Ms. Deb, worked very hard to serve great breakfast every morning, and then some. The room was clean and comfortable; all the staff were friendly and pleasant.

Shower drained slow, so overflowed to floor--mop up each morning slight problems checking in; the manager handled it in a good way. No real handicap parking

Great, friendly staff.. Was quiet. Comfortable. Nice breakfast. The head housekeeper, Laqueesh(?), was wonderful to us. She deserves kudos.

.Room had not been vacuumed and bathroom was dirty. Had to get housekeeping. Head housekeeper had been gone for a family affair but she did everything she could to remedy the situation. Apologized profusely and cleaned things up personnally. The only person to be reprimanded here should be the person entrusted to clean in the first place.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. The room is clean and comfortable.

One of the elevators, I've nicknamed: Mr. Clackity-Clack and it is a little scary. Clacking loudly every second of its ascent or descent.

The hotel was very nice, very quiet and very clean. For breakfast there was variety as well. The Market was stocked as well. The receptionists were very nice as well. The only thing was the location. But we were just for one night so we were OK.

The place was very clean. Andrea was very gracious informative, and a pleasant the talk to  Barbara was also very polite and helpful!!
