The room setup was nice. It was quiet and clean. The lady who I spoke with as I was leaving was nice.

The attendant who checked me in didn't offer cookies. That seemed odd to me since it is such a big part of your brand, There is glass with no decals on it, and I ran right into that glass. I hit it so hard I stunned myself and I still have a headache two days later. I told them they need to put a decal on it or something. I wasn't even looking at my phone or distracted.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved being able to check in online. Halls are quiet. Rooms are very spacious. Facilities are very clean. There is a Starbucks in the lobby as well as a bar and dinning area so you do not need to go far for those accommodations.

The location is on the edge of downtown so there is really nothing in the area. There was also scuffs all on the walls and doors. Also there is only almond soap which can be challenging for those individuals with allergies.

There was plenty of room for luggage, etc. A refrigerator and microwave were provided. Clean. Plenty of towels. Two tvs and separate sitting area in my "king" room. Theaters, festivals easily accessible. The staff at front desk was professional, smiling -- a complimentary cookie was given at check-in.

There was a bit of a wait at the front desk due to a computer not working. I noticed this when checking in, checking out and when attempting to purchase snacks at the "market" inside the hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds had four pillows each and were very comfortable. Everything was updated and sanitized.

You must request a room cleaning 24-hours in advance for a multi-night stay. At a hotel of this caliber, I expect my bed to be made and my towels changed daily without having to schedule this service in advance!

Didn’t eat breakfast ~ right off freeway easy location. ~ but heard it not where you want to walk your dog at night. Absolutely fabulous 5 star food at restaurant I read other reviews about the food yes!!! All truth! I’m allergic to most fragrance smells in hotels & I usually have to leave before I get asthma ~ scary! ~ I booked the balcony room TOTAL HEAVEN ~ fresh air breeze!! Super clean, no stinky smell and comfy bed!!

The location of corner suit was excellent. We were a group of 6 persons. We all were given water bottle without any extra charge. The famous cookies were so tasty. Staff was very cooperative. Our request of late checkout was accepted. Thank you so much.

There was no bed linen/blanket/pillows for the queen sofa bed but it was provided on our request. The other thing was the location of sink. It was in the middle of living area and bedroom. It was very disturbing for the person sleeping on sofa bed when someone uses the sink.

Bed was super comfy, room spacious enough for our group of 4 with 1 in a wheelchair. location was great and safe for our teens to tour around. We walked to Comarica Park during the day and night and felt safe.

Our boys were hoping for a pool, only negative

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and warm and comforting. The room blew me away on how nice it was. Everything was great and very convenient. Would definitely choose to come back here for a future trip.

The Hilton is in a great location. Close to everything downtown but still in a secluded quiet area. The staff was short but very accommodating & the room was a nice decent size.

There was popcorn on the floor in our room at check in. Like I said, the staff was very accommodating; they cleaned it up immediately & gave us extra points. The location was great but the parking isn’t. The price of the lot is very expensive.

There was a mix up with my rooms one was reserved under my last name first and the other my first name first which was weird because I booked them at the exact same time so it took alittle bit of time to check in, but I was compensated for the mix up so I appreciated that.
