My husband and I stayed in a room with a kitchenette, which had everything for our cooking needs. The room was a perfect size for the two of us. The patio was large with sturdy table and chairs. We had a view of the ocean, which was stunning. Beach access was directly across the street and was never crowded. The pools were nice and other lodgers were friendly. The location was great. Short driving distance to different towns and various things to do. I highly recommend and would stay at Inn Season Resort again.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. It was too firm for me.

This property is fantastic for families with children. The units are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities are great. My kids loved the playground, indoor pool, and secret beach. When a storm rolled through we borrowed DVDs, board games, and a pan to make brownies from the fron desk. The location is hard to beat. It's surrounded by water on three sides. Beautiful beach right across the street. Bike trails less than a mile away. Great restaurants just 5 min away. We love this place.

My only complaint is our unit was farthest from the office and the wifi was practically unusable. The wifi seemed to work well everywhere else on the property.

What a great location right across the street from a really lovely beach and right next to a great pond that was a pleasure to look over. Really nice people in the staff roles. Easy to talk to and easy to get help.

We did miss a dishwasher. (This was just something we should have known wasn't there; we were not deceived.) We did wish more rooms were fully facing the water (or that we had one !-) ) If there's a laundry facility, we missed it. And it was a drive to pretty much everything -- not walkable. But that all made sense because of the great location on the water.

The location was fabulous with the ocean backdrop. The rooms were clean and quiet and the receptionist was very helpful (I believe her name was Christine not 100% sure) and professional. I found several local places to eat that I enjoyed.

My friends and In visited Martha's Vineyard and unfortunately most of the stores and restaurants were closed. Be sure to check seasonal availability prior to visiting.

Great hotel and location. Away from downtown Falmouth (about 3-4 miles), but that's what we were looking for. We got up early every morning to watch the sunrise and walk along Menauhant Beach. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen amenities are an added bonus. Parking is easy. Nice quiet stay. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Love the pool, the deck, the kitchen in our suite, and the enormous jacuzzi bathtub! Also really appreciated that we were in a quiet area of the property on the second floor for our stay. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach right across the street and made full use of the amenities!

Overall this place was very comfortable and homey for us and we loved staying there. The bed and pillows could be a little better quality than they are - good for a short stay, but not necessarily for the 5 nights we were there.

The outdoor pool was nice, heated. The firepit and plenty of Adirondacks are a nice touch. Friendly staff.

The complaint I have is the ac unit is right by the top of the bed so whoever sleeps on the side closet to window gets the air blown straight at u. We kept air on all evening then had to shut it off at bedtime which made getting up in the morning stuffy. Just very poor design. Another poor design is the fan in bathrooms, on same switch as light and when your just going in quick to go to bathroom fan is soo loud right over your head. In middle of night I don't want all the noise and it's literally so loud u can't hear anything going on in the room. Lots of times I went to bathroom quick with the door cracked open and the hall light on to avoid the loud fan, again just poor design

great location. good size, comfortable rooms. ocean front resort with water inlet behind. ask for rooms in the 400 or 500 buildings with pool and ocean views.

don’t get rooms in the 100 or 200 buildings because the indoor pool exhaust/vent fans are on 24/7 and very loud. very difficult to get any sleep. no views of the outdoor pool or ocean from rooms.

Location and amenities

Lacked kitchen table . Had an efficiency. Better sheets and blankets.. playground not geared for children under 7. We had a 3 year old. Playground area needs update lots for adults to do in resort

Check in was quick and easy. Room looked well kept and cared for. Great cable tv, internet and kitchenette for all our extra needs. Really liked the bathroom had a separate sink area from shower and toilet yet still connected. Bed was very comfortable and our view was spectacular. Balcony was about 75 feet from the beach! We will be returning again and definitely using booking.com for a great off season rate soon!

Due to covid regulations you had to sign up for pool time only 1 room at a time. Didn't plan to swim but it was the only inconvenience during our stay I can come up with. So no real complaint here.
