Courtyard by Marriott Ocean City Oceanfront

The staff was exceptional and always made us feel like our stay was important to them. The restaurant had great food and a friendly service staff. The room was clean and quiet. The cleaning staff couldn’t have been more courteous and helpful!

The parking garage spaces are designed for a smart car but relatively minor issue in big scheme of things. Would also like to see small snack/convenience shop or a snack machine beside soda machine.

Loved the location and that it had an indoor pool since it was to chilly still to get in the ocean. Great location and nice view of the ocean.

There is nothing we really didn't like. I was nice being right at the boardwalk. A free continental breakfast would have been nice to include in the price to start the day.

the location was because it wasn’t too close to all the activities but it was not too far for walking

parking was tight but free! the faculty could use some cosmetic maintenance but otherwise clean fridge was tiny and had two hour timer although it stayed cool even when the timer was up.

I loved the view of the beach and ocean from the room. I loved the chair inside the room next to the balcony. It allowed me space to read and listen to the sound of the ocean and enjoy the view. The refrigerator was big enough to hold small snacks I brought and the staff was exceptionally nice. The staff person upon my arrival was not only kind, but helpful. After a long drive, I REALLY appreciated that! I liked the option to have housekeeping in our rooms or not. I was able to have my conference calls uninterrupted.

I was extremely disappointed that you did not have a nice big outdoor pool. it was a real downer & felt it was a loss to your facility only to have that indoor pool. will not be back as a result of that pool. also felt the faculty needed to be updated in reference to the rooms & hallways.

very clean, even watched one of the cleaning ladies squeegee another balcony, which shows they actually care about the cleanliness of the hotel. our room smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. there were no bugs or anything either. the view is AMAZING. the sunrise is literally right in front of you in the morning. we saw dolphins as well

the shower smelled kinda funky, like mildew almost but it didn’t bother us much

the guy in the restaurant on property was great and made good drinks

you pay for a balcony and can’t smoke on it. also bedding was a little dingy. And bathroom sink water went down really slow

The staff upgraded me to Ocean View without an extra charge the rooms for clean the pool and a hot tub was excellent the pools a little small but still very enjoyable the location was fantastic I definitely going to have to stay in the summer time but went up for the Polar Bear Plunge and had a fabulous time definitely would recommend staying at Courtyard by Marriott

Over looking the ocean on our balcony beach front was great - Also watched the classic cars on the boardwalk - my husband was also on the boardwalk with his car.

Location is great!!

Check in was a little rough, they lost the reservation. However, they were eventually able to locate it. After a several hour drive , that was the last thing I wanted to hear.
