SpringHill Suites Hagerstown

Breakfast was alright. It could have been better but realized that prepackaged and limited items were due to the virus. Staff was helpful and very friendly. We liked that we had access to fitness and laundry during our 3 weeks stay due to waiting to get into our new home.

We felt that housekeeping could have cleaned more than surface cleaning i.e. clearing trash, making beds, refilling toilet paper). We expected things to be wiped down, tubs and toilets cleaned, mirrors cleaned and counter tops sprayed and wiped down. We also did not like that we had to go to the front desk every time to get change for laundry. We would of preferred a coin machine to take dollars in exchange for coins.

The room was clean, it also was like a small apartment it had everything for a week stay for our comfort! Like a small kitchenette area, sofa area and TV separate from sleeping area, huge bathroom! The breakfast was out of this world everyday! The staff was amazing! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend! And we were close to All the restaurants, Mall, Outlets, Theater etc

Only that our ice machine wasn't working on our floor but it was no biggie because the next floor was working.

very clean and nice and upscale! everything worked and was brand new looking!

the maids literally tried to break in at 9am and we had the latch shut so they banged the door open and shut Like 5 times! when we left at 11 which was check out, there was a man maid waiting for us who gave us a dirty look and went instantly into the room to clean it. other than this- it was great! even gave us 2 AAA batteries which we needed.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. The pool area looked like a tornado hit it after people or unsupported kids just thrown down the hotel pool towels everywhere. breakfast was okay, they ran out of syrup 15 mins after breakfast started and did not have anymore and ran out of toppings for the oatmeal. Our room was beside the interstate and it was noisy, no fault of the hotel… just be aware.

Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. Plenty of seating and trash cans to throw away trash. Only think would be to give a choice of flavored water.

I wish it would of said up front the difference in prices when using a certain booking site vs. using your AAA for discounts. Honestly, for one night $201.00 is a bit much even getting breakfast.

Location is best. Housekeeping lady at 5th floor is very nice.

Breakfast needs to improve. I stay from 25 Aug till 5 Sept and will extend my stay for another 1-2 weeks, I can not handle the same breakfast everyday. it stresses me out when breakfast time comes. Bacon once per week and the rest is just sausage everyday. also some of your maintenance guys do not wear masks, pls ask them to wear masks all the time.

Breakfast was great. It was right off the highway which was perfect for us as we had 11 hours to drive the next day. The bed was so very comfortable-I got a great nights sleep.

I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like

I was charged twice for the room. I spoke with someone when we checked in was told it was just a hold. I called several times each time being assured the charge would be taken off. I’m still waiting to be refunded.

I like that they had no time limit on the pool and how close it was to the mall, within walking distance.

I didn’t like that towards the end of the stay the pool was closed so we ended up checking out a day earlier.

The staff was very helpful with every need I had. The ladies at the front desk answered all my questions with great attitudes. The manager was helpful as well. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable with fresh sheets. I will be back again!!
