the breakfast was good, rooms were clean.

I feel what needs to be improved is the fact that families come here to have reunions and I feel that we were not being loud or disturbing the peace however when more than 4 Black people gather together here come complaints of other guess feeling intimidated, we came to enjoy the pool area , Basketball court, lounge around next to the pool , but when you gather being Black other Guess feel intimidated , so we get asked to break up the crowd or not be so aggressive? were like Huh who is being aggressive, I guess our good time felt like aggression to the other guess , next year we will be renting an Air BnB for our family Reunion! where we can be together and not discriminated against! not to mention we rented out 16 rooms in this Hotel!!!

the front desk agent wasn’t very friendly and didn’t provide forth coming info(for example i had to ask why the price was different than what I booked online) then he said it was a holding fee. It felt like i was bothering the agent who checked me in. I didn’t get a welcoming feeling and when we requested blankets and pillows for the pull out bed , we were told we had to go get it from downstairs(very disappointed in that). the location was great but staff either needs to be retrained on how to greet customers or learn how to fake a smile and have proper manners.

Breakfast was standard Hilton Homewood fare that served its purpose. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and as advertised. Staff were friendly. Location was convenient to a Bob Evans family restaurant, with a TGI Fridays and Indian cuisine also walkable. A McD was just down the road.

Overall good stay, except for the false fire alarms that went off.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, smelled good. Front desk very helpful, we needed a slightly late check out time and the front desk clerk was very helpful. A great stay.

I like that it gave me a comfortable and warm place to stay away from home. it's also neat a lot of shopping and places to eat.

I didn't like that someone tried to come in while I was sleeping. when I shouted I'm in here they closed the door but was not told who it was. It made me feel unsafe.

Close to the Venue we were attending.

Card key did not work. I made three trips to the front desk to reprogram the Card Key. After many attempts it worked one time. Fearing we would be locked out my wife stayed in the room. I told the front desk how many times I had asked them to check my key. I asked them to send someone to check the lock. He had to replace the lock.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, very responsive and accommodating. Easy access from parking lot to room. Stay included Breakfast.

Like most hotels you can hear other guests. Someone was shooting hoops on the basketball court till after midnight.. Refrigerator was missing a shelf ..Freezer was missing an ice bin.

Location is extremely convenient to shopping and restaurants. Also, close to major highways and interstate, but far enough away that traffic isn't a concern. Requested linens for pull out bed and got them in less than 5 minutes..... impressive!

Could not get water hot enough in the shower. When looking for utensils in the cabinets, found out they had been left in the dishwasher, but had been washed.

The egg omelette was tasteless. Seems this chain has gone to these, but they are awful,

Not very handicap friendly. I had major surgery and gave to walk with a walker. The three rugs near the entrance are nasty for handicapped. The elevators are all a long walk from the lobby.

We liked the room. Didn't eat breakfast. Location was great; we just didn't pick the best location for where we had to go in Baltimore and surrounds. But it was fine.

If you're making me complain, the toilet seats slammed down loudly.
