There was always a spot available in the parking lot. Never had to wait too long for the elevators. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant downstairs was lovely and the food was very good. Even though our room was right in front of the elevators, it wasn't too loud and disruptive. The automatic shades were also very cool and helpful since we were right on the second floor. The location was great since it had plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Only a half hour from DC and Baltimore.

There wasn't anything we did not like about this hotel. We brought our cat with us on this trip, so we did not want anyone to enter the room to clean it. Therefore, we ran out of shower soap, toilet paper and towels. That was on us though! The staff were very accommodating and wonderful.

I had to go back to the desk 4 times before they got it correct. 1st we were given keys to a room that wasn’t cleaned. It had dirty washcloths and towels on floor and around the bathroom. The bed was a mess. We told the staff he gave us new keys. We went back upstairs and it was double beds we reserved a king. We were told there were no more kings. They were sold out. We got new keys abs they didn’t open the door. Finally we were given a king room after going back and forth. We were tired!

I loved the layout of the room and how clean everything was. I also appreciated the location. Rooms were spacious, not cramped at all, and felt very comfortable.

Staff could be friendlier and warmer. Amenities in the room could include items like shower caps, toothpaste, utensils for dining in-room, and a note about drinking water etc. Shower glass pane should have been a sliding door to prevent water from getting on to bathroom floor. Also, wish the connecting door between rooms had a sign posted so as to prevent sudden, unwanted attempts to enter a neighboring room.

Hallways and lobby were nicely updated. Everything was clean room was spacious. Like the little chaise and moveable laptop stand so you dont have to sit on the bed.

There is something about having free coffee w/ cream in the morning down at the lobby hotel that makes you feel taken care of, and wouldnt think it a big expense to provide. Room felt a little bland and cold with the laminate floors compared to the lobby and hallways.

dead bolt on hotel room door did not work; the plate for the dead bolt is not aligned properly. I was in room 200 and this problem should be addressed immediately. The front desk should have been staffed for more than one person; you must have known many of your guests were attending Friday's woman's basketball game and would be checking in soon after the second game. We waited more than 15 minites in line to get checked in

Very nice & clean. Shades in room went up & down with a switch. Loved the bathroom! Nice shower with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, & soap. Mirror was “smart”. Restaurant & bar downstairs was very nice. Food was really good which is unusual for a hotel. Lobby had a nice & big moon shaped couch in front of a fireplace.

Didn’t like the $12 a day parking fee.

a five star hotel with excellent service. The front desk provides soap and fabric softener for on site washer dryers. On site restaurant is top tier with great breakfast and service.

we had a handicap sticker which proved handy in front of door. We worried at times if there were enough spaces..there were thank God

the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. the restaurant was great. the food was very good and the waitstaff were very competent, polite, friendly, and helpful.

The HVAC made a weird noise every time the fan shut off that woke me up at night in room 412.

roomy accommodations. clean. adequate coffee maker and supplies. Great fitness center. The darkening shade is good. The parking arrangement is well done and convenient.

The ac/heating fan in room blows directly at person sleeping on left side of (king)bed. This is very uncomfortable if ac is on. There are definitely not enough hooks in bathroom! There was no room service for a 2 night stay. We had to find staff to give us more coffee and some cups. We assumed that was due to the pandemic but we were not told this by anyone.

Honestly everything from the room to the Bar and grill. The gym was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower was big. Staff was great!

Shower was great but, to turn it on you have to get wet due to the design of shower. Not enough to really complain about.
