Everything was great. The room was set up nicely. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly with no problems, and check out was just as easy. There was an option to get breakfast, which we declined, but overall, it was a great experience.
The bed was a little uncomfortable but not unpleasant enough to complain.

The hotel was excellent! Our tv volume did not work- we called maintenance- maintenance guy was very nice - his supervisor was very very rude and unprofessional- the guy that was working in our tv needed assistance abs the supervisor left us without volume and spoke rudely- besides that, the room was very very clean, the bar was exceptional, the indoor pool was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Very clean! Lady at the front when we checked in didn’t tell us breakfast was free!! didn’t find out until we checked out and a wonderful front desk lady told us!! Her name was Tammy!! She was so sweet to us!! Talked to us like she has known us her whole life!! She needs to be there to greet all guests!!
The front desk lady didn’t tell us breakfast was free when we checked in. Bathroom had water stains in the toilet! That needs to be taken care of. Other than that it was awesome!!

Staff was very nice. Had a small restaurant, bar, and inside pool. The lobby was so pretty and the outside area was nice to relax at night. Room was spacious with separate living room from the bedroom
We did find the dust under side tables and on side tables was not clean that well. As well as dust and little dirt between mattress and head board.

I love everything about this hotel. The food, drinks, and the rooms were all wonderful. The shower pressure was a plus. I am a hard critic. Overall it's a A.
The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom sink. The water was slow to drain.

Paying for breakfast. $15/person was expensive. I have never stayed at a hotel where I had to pay for breakfast. Because of this; I won't stay at a Doubletree again. Pretty unfortunate

The room was huge. It was like a small apartment. Plenty of room. It was very quite. Super clean. Staff was friendly. Will stay again when back in baton rouge. Also close to LSU and there is food surrounding it in every direction.
Didn't have breakfast . Had a grab and go but it is because of pandemic so uts not the Hiltons fault.but it is so close to all kinds of food.

The staff was excellent. Hannah the bartender had the most welcoming personality no matter how many times she had to redo bill because I added after total.
Didn’t honor early check in. But I wouldn’t say I dislike it. Was the ONLY negative thing I could possibly say
