Baymont by Wyndham Louisville Airport South

The price. The staff was very friendly throughout my stay. I arrived 3 hours early and stopped in just to see if I could check in and they did set me up with my room early. Looks like they did some room remodeling which was nice. My room didn't smell bad neither did the lobby. I will stay there again.

Only 1 restaurant close by. The television and internet service went out and was out for hours. Not sure how long it was out. It was finally restored. The coffee was always cold so it had to be warmed up in the microwave. Their free breakfast wasn't much. Muffins, toast and jams, hard boiled eggs, some fruit. They did one morning have biscuits and gravy but was cold. They need to do a better job of this and hopefully expand the menu to include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and cereal.

Excellent location, close to the Expo for our dog show. Two restaurants just steps away across the parking lots. Room was comfortable enough at this time of year, the heater/air conditioner would not work, so we opened the window to make it more comfortable.

The room air conditioner/heater would not work at all, not even the fan. We had a Tornado warning the first night and the front staff was no where to be found, to ask what we should do or where we should go. I felt like they abandoned us. At the hall end entry that we used, it looked like someone was using the stairwell to sleep in, there was a mat and some soiled towels hidden under the stairs and it smelled heavily of Pot smoking. We had no maid service, no one picked up our trash or towels and I had to go ask for more toilet paper. Paying $20 extra per dog is ridiculous, they are kept in crates in the room and get taken outside and picked up after.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

There were no napkins the whole time at breakfast even though I asked for them. The door to the fridge to get milk was a sticky mess. The staff seemed so overwhelmed at the desk that they couldn't handle anything else. I was also disappointed that the pool was temporarily closed.

The employees that work the front desk right absolutely just wonderful they made our stage right they were time helpful they went their way to make sure we had a great day I will be back to stay there for sure if I come in Kentucky again thank you

The only thing that I'm kind of bothered us was they need more on carts that you can carry your luggage on into the room from your car that was it though

Jacuzzi was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good but biscuits need cooked different

Price could be better 120-140

It was easy to find and quick to many locations to downtown.

Neighbors were loud, but staff helped get it under control

I actually liked it the people was very nice. Room was fine very cozy place to stay

I stayed there twice my first room was great . The last time I stayed the room had some flaws and no iron in the room . I called front desk and he told me he would check into it. He never got back with me and the Iron never showed up ...

If the Front Desk could have got back with me and I had an Iron in my room .

Room was comfortable

Mold and cracking paint in the bathroom. Front lobby had a strong smell of something like Marijuana.

The staff were friendly, facilities clean, the room was spacious and smelled fresh, bed was comfortable. Price was worth it.
