location, decent hotel for price. staff were very friendly and accommodating! everyone was great! Linda, Carly, Tommy, and John sooo very helpful beds were comfortable and shower had great pressure with hot water

no low carb options for breakfast such as eggs bacon sausage or lower carb yogurt although husband loved options of gravy biscuits waffle’s regular yogurt honey buns muffins cereal milk and juice no elevator we chose room by stairs so some night could hear multiple people up and down stairs. but room was great otherwise. Great access to door outside for potty our dogs

This room was for our daughter. She said her room was great, but needs to have air fresheners that remove cigarette smell. The staff was phenomenal. She was stranded at the bus station, nobody showed up to pick her up. That left her no place to stay. The staff went above and beyond to help her at 3:30am. I was very appreciative. The clerk even thanked her Mom in Ohio for caring so much for her safety and helping her get a safe ride and nice room.

Our daughter said her room smelled like an ashtray and she is a smoker. When she went for breakfast the only thing available was cereal. Still not complaining as she was stranded and your staff went above and beyond to help her in a bad situation.

Who doesn't want more? Could use some pancakes and or waffles. Fresh fruit or small apple pies? Got them at Walmart for 50 cents each. Great coffee, how about hot tea, or hot chocolate in the winter? Summer, large water and ice to go?

It was very tough to travel as the temperature was over ninety and our antique car has no air conditioning! But our room did!! It was great. Extra ice water was also great as we needed it after that day's traveling!

The hotel was very close to highway 64. The beds were comfortable. Outlets by the bed made charging phones easy. Grateful for the fridge in the room. Lots of choices for places to eat near by. desk staff were nice and accommodating. Room was quiet but you could still hear people in the hallway.

Our tv didn’t work. I could get my remote to work on the TV in the lobby but it wouldn’t work in the room. We only got one station. It sucked. The beds were super high. Breakfast stopped at 9 but we were able to get a a quick breakfast in.

Very clean room, I felt very comfortable and the staff made me feel right at home. I will stay here from now on when I come to Ashland! I traveled to Ashland to visit with my daughter, it's nice to come to a clean place and get a peaceful night's sleep and take a shower before traveling my journey back home.

I Loved staying at Days Inn! I did not have any problems, and I really appreciate a clean hotel from the front desk to my room where I will be sleeping.

Your staff went above and beyond to help me out. I was in a stressful situation and night clerk did everything he could to help. I was very impressed and thankful

Nothing bad to say except my room smelled like cigarette smoke. Needed sanitized. The only breakfast available when I went was cereal. I was there for 3 days and that's all I saw.

Linda, the General Mgr, and MayrBeth the trainee were hospitable and provided exceptional service. The Morning person at the front desk, Tommy was friendly and went beyond any expectations I might have had for a 1 night stay. Linda, MaryBeth and Tommy are assets to the Days Inn Brand. Good service and customer relations are what will keep this particular location in business for years to come.

As in 98% of the places I have stayed the breakfast offering was sparse.

We did not have the breakfast. The location was excellent. The room was comfortable.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, the whole place needs updated. Ice machine was out of order. Carpets are dated. Building is in need of a pressure wash and paint. Inside needs updated and painted.

I have stayed there several times in the past few years and keep getting told that the pool is under construction and I see no one is working on it. The pool needs to be open

This was strictly a stay-over after 10 hours on the motorcycle on the way to somewhere else. They let us park the bike under the large canopy and it was dry in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There were restaurants that deliver food nearby and a desk to prepare the navigation for the next morning. That was all I wanted and they delivered.
