The size of the room and overall appears.

I chose this hotel mostly because of them having a indoor swimming pool for my children to go swimming. But the swimming pool was not available for them to use because the heater was broken. This disappointed my children greatly . Which caused the accommodations to not met expectations. Also when we needed to empty the trash and asked were we could take it. We were told we could place it outside our door, which just didn't seem right to do. Placing trash on a carpet in a hallway. Were anyone could trip over it Or even the trash could leak. Or we could take it to the large hotel trash dumpster outside. Just feel thier should be some where more appropriate for costumers to dispose of their trash.

The breakfast was amazing. Eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, juice, great coffee, Canadian bacon, and more. Vicky did an amazing job. Rae and the rest of the staff were amazing and accommodated every request. The room was modern, clean, great small kitchen, and we would have taken the shower home with us if we could. We'll definitely use this hotel for every stay in town now!! A+

Nice, newer facility in a good location. Staff was extremely friendly. Parked near the door. The hotel was very clean and well cared for. We were made to feel very welcome the minute we walked din the door.

Nothing really. We were quite happy with our stay. A little pricey, but not overly so considering how clean and nice everything was.

The property was very clean, modern, and equipped with everything you need. A beautiful facility! Served a great breakfast also!

The only problem we encountered was the indoor pool was COLD! So cold it was impossible to swim!

Cleanliness, extra personalization for our room, beautiful and calming decor, exceptional staff, good breakfast!!!

Beds were a bit hard but that is just me being a bit picky. Price was a bit high for me but the room was great so all in all it was great!

The breakfast was usually good. Plenty of options to pick from. The person setting up the breakfast did a wonderful job. She was very helpful and pleasant.

Nice facilities. fast elevator. Nice staff - like “above and beyond” kinda staff.

The pool wasn’t working. So call first! but the manager found a way to compensate us without even being prompted. very thoughtful!!!

The 1 bedroom suite with a door to the bedroom. 2 occupants on 2 different schedules did not disturb each other. The common sitting area & breakfast room were spacious. My request for a room not by elevator or ice machine was honored.

The mattress on the pull out love seat was very uncomfortable. Very poor quality, you could feel every spring and support.

I liked the whole room set up and how clean everything was. I enjoyed the small kitchen with the appliances it felt like a mini apartment.

Nothing really I just wished breakfast was served a bit earlier🙂

Staff were super helpful and friendly; checking in and out was a breeze. The room and bed were perfect, enabled a great night's sleep and evening work. Amenities (gym, wifi) were great.
