The staff was wonderful, and super friendly. The pool is small, but keeps warm and is very clean. The breakfast is awesome: oatmeal, coffee, juice, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal, muffins, yogurt, and an automatic pancake maker! The rooms come with single a serve coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. They’re pet friendly and a great deal for the price. We had a room for two for three nights and it only cost us a couple hundred dollars. They have a workout room with a Nordic track cycle and treadmill (as well as a set of weights). Comfortable and only a mile away from campus if you’ve got kids going to orientation.

The toilets are very loud when they flush. Otherwise, still wonderful.

the management was paying attention to details, the corners were clean, the filter was running/bubbling in the pool, the towels were hung decoratively in the bathroom, the sheets were fresh and stretched tightly, there was fresh fruit at the front desk and in the breakfast room, the staff were friendly….and the price was right

a tea bag in with the rooms complimentary coffee would have been nice! flowers in the outside planters would have been a nice touch! I was surprised by the deposit fee tacked onto my bill and feel like I’m at the mercy of management to have it returned

On the website when I went to book the room there were options for the room however I did not get the room I thought I booked. I booked a room for my 10th anniversary and wanted the heart shaped whirlpool tub like what was in the pictures on the website. We did not get the tub we thought we were getting. We ended up with a whirlpool tub just not the one I thought I had booked. I think the website needs to be updated and there needs to be an area where you can request certain accommodations.

When the desk clerk saw me walking with a cane, he offered to change our room to one that required less walking. The breakfast area was well decorated and provided a wider variety of hot foods than lesser motels offer.

There is nothing that Baymont can change, but Lawrence has a great deal of traffic channeling past the motel. Without a traffic signal to stop that flow, it may be more practical to exit the motel with a right turn and double back than to attempt a left turn.

They had wonderfull beds with huge rooms a fridge microwave and a coffee machine. They have wonderfull staff and wonderfull hotel! Is withing walking distance of stores, resteraunts and convenience stores! It is a wonderfull place.

The washer and dryer made it smell like smoke in the hallways but only for about 30 mins and the hot tub was broken or due for matenience but those are just me nitpicking I still had a wonderfull time.

Excellent motel, free parking, very good breakfast, soundproofing, large room. Two large beds with excellent mattress, air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, microwave, plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, air conditioning! The hotel has a swimming pool, washing machine and free ice and coffee available. Apparatus with water and chocolates

Rooms were clean and were updated. Young man serving breakfast was very courteous and pleasant!

The exterior could use some work. Trash dumpster at rear overflowing and since it was windy, trash blowing everywhere. Nothing to do with our stay but probably should be addressed.

Clean, comfortable and reasonable price. General manager very friendly and genuinely concerned about the quality of stay.

more fruit choices, only apples available. No ice by the ice coffee machine. The hot tub not working and pool hours inconvenient.
