Handy. Good options.
When I tried to open my room door, I followed the directive attached to the knob: "pull up on handle"---a desk helper came down and said, "that line shouldn't be on there"--"you need to push down"--and the door immediately opened. None of the other doors had that note on. The helper said as we walked from the desk to my room 118, "this door HAS been finnicky." Check it out, please.

It was perfect my my mother and I to stay! It was quiet and clean.
We forgot water before we got back since it was so late and the fridge was locked that had water bottles in it. Wish we could have had access to that

Location convenient off main road into Indianola, near stores and restaurants.
Sub par—no toaster, no pastries. Only cereal, diet yogurt, boiled eggs and waffle irons. I wanted to grab something quick to take with me.

Breakfast was good. Orange juice great. Relaxing area to unwind in the morning before driving. Staff was friendly as well.
We would have liked some meat (sausage) along with our delicious waffle!

I think it worked fine with the pandemic and there was ample amounts to eat!!
This may not have been an issue but we came in the back door since our room with 219 and if the time till maybe 930 when we got back it did not latch so it did not lock but maybe later something was done at night to make it lock🤷♀️

I l ok led the location, it was clean and comfortable! Clerks were friendly also!
There was a noise that are toilet made which was not the water filling up after it was flushed, is was louder than I’m use to at night so interferes with my sleeping! Other than that everything was good!!!

The pool was not warm enough. I couldn’t enjoy it at the cold temp.
