Friendly staff! Excellent breakfast and happy hour. The front desk person was able to move me to a better room after I let them know about issues in my original room

My original suite had a frayed couch and table that had scratches, water marks and the stained finish was worn off. I let the front desk know I wanted a different room as this one doesn't meet the expectations of a suite at an Embassy Hotel. Also some people in front of me and then next in line received a gift bag and I didn't. I figured it was probably for some type of membership, but I was surprised they didn't explain whatever perks members have.

Excellent breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful, shuttle service to the airport free of charge and very useful: lift was set to exactly fit our itinerary

Stayed for 4 days with a family of 5 in 1 room. As windows cannot be opened and room service was cancelled due to shortage of staff and hardly any racks to hang up towels, they did not dry and room was moist and humid

The Hotel is nice and room very spacious and confortable, all mostly new and close to the airport which was my main priority of the stay. The breakfast was pretty good and included in price.

No room service, the restaurant closes after 9 or 10, the shuttle to airport is not 24hours and i had a very early flight as a lot of people who travel do reason to stay in an airport hotel and no private driver or other options of transportation so i had to call an uber to take me.

the 2 ladies working the front desk seemed kind of irritated when I told them about the mix up with the room. I booked a queen double bed suite on Booking but then I got there they gave me a King Suite. they claim in THEIR system it had me down for a King. I told them that’s not what I set reservations for and I wanted what I paid 278.00$ for. she act like at first they couldn’t switch me rooms but I told them it’s not my fault y’all system says different, I know what I booked and THEN she finally switched me to my suite.

I love this hotel! Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. The manager’s reception is wonderful and the made to order breakfast is fabulous. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is great.

There are really no negatives, except it’s a little pricey, but we’ll worth it.

The breakfast , and Manager's Reception was excellent!! Our check in experience was second to none thanks to Jake at the front desk!!! Appreciate you Jake, the room was superb!! My overall experience was top notch and I can't close without giving a special shout out to the most amazing bartender in Indianapolis TINA,,,,, you rock Lady!!! I highly recommend this hotel the staff is awesome, the hotel is super clean.... Loved it!! Thanks Embassy Plainfield Indianapolis Airport you guys are amazing!!!!

NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME!!

The rooms are clean (we rented two) and very nice. One had a malfunctioning fridge. Upon calling that was resolved in less than 10 minutes. We ordered from their restaurant and the food was delicious. They give generous portions—one entree can feed two regular sized adults. The pool area is well maintained and spacious. Our entire party of 3 adults and 3 children really enjoyed this stay. The bathroom is comically huge. We stored our luggage inside (it’s excessive). The hotel is near restaurants, the airport and amenities.

We have no complaints.

Breakfast was just ok. Scrambled eggs were cold and not good. Sausage was burnt. Not many options to choose from. Like fruit, pancakes, waffles. Omelets we’re outstanding!!! Staff was very nice and helpful tho.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, welcoming and clean! Beds were comfortable and rooms were really nice! Breakfast was delicious!! Wish I could book this hotel in every time!

The suite was smaller than pictured, it was impossible to move around once the sofa bed was opened, i have stayed at other suites and could move around with the sofa bed opened. So for the price per night, It is about $40 ripoff.
