Great management and housekeeping staff. Was there for the Notre Dame graduation and hotel had been overbooked. Room we initially pre paid and booked was actually upgraded along with giving us a $100 discount for the 5 nights we stayed there

Breakfast menu was very disappointing ! Several of the days we were there, they’d run out of many food items. Two of our 5 night stay there was no coffee creamer or complimentary bottled water in the lobby refrigerator

The suites have everything you need for a comfortable stay from a stocked kitchen including a microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, clean plates/bowls/cups/silverware, a deep kitchen sink, and dish soap to a comfy lounging area that included a desk, large flat screen TV, small couch and cushioned foot stool. The bathroom was also very clean with a large shower! Lastly, the hotel is easy to find off of the Interstate but far enough for a safe/quiet feel & close enough to many quick places to eat if just stopping overnight.. including Cracker Barrel, Olive Garden, McDonalds, Texas Roadhouse, and my favorite - Culver’s.

Sometimes when booking through sites other than the hotel’s site, I’ll receive a set rate for the room and it’ll remain the same until I get to the hotel and pay, then it’ll be more than I was initially shown.

The breakfast was very good and the location convenient for car travelers. The sealed rooms were immaculate. The bed was a comfortable dream.

Liked everything. Stayed there twice within 2 week period.

Hotel was very clean and followed COVID protocols to ensure health and wellness for all. We initially had noisy people in the room above us, sounded like children tumbling, until after 10pm at night. The night staff attempted to assist by contacting their room. The following day, the "issues" remained. The manager was polite, prompt and extremely professional in locating another room for us. We appreciated this and definitely would stay at this location again, should opportunity present itself. Thank you!

The staff were all very attentive and accommodating. As, it was still a time of COVID, housekeeping came by if requested. We opted out and came by the front desk when we needed something. All staff were helpful and super friendly. One negative, the dryer was broken, and we needed to go across to the Marriott hotel. A little inconvenience, but nice we had another option. The breakfast was fantastic. Thank you for a great stay!

Large room. Large fridge for our drinks and random food items. I like they provided coffee pods and a coffee maker in the room. Beds were clean and very comfortable.

The tv did not work and the staff wasn't helpful.

We ate breakfast elsewhere because my husband was not impressed with the choices. I thought the coffee was really good.

It took three people, three different visits to figure out how to turn off our fan. My husband slept well but I thought the bed was really hard. I ended up with a couple of hours on the bed in a couple hours on the couch🤷🏻‍♀️

The room was nice, clean, hotel has awesome amenities, my first visit and i loved it!!

Went down on a Sunday at 9:40 am to get my daughter breakfast before her sisters softball games and they had shut down the breakfast despite hours being until 10am. I asked for waffle batter and they refused. They offered her a bowl of cereal or to remicrowave a breakfast sandwich. Which she wouldn’t eat. If hours are until 10 food should be available until 10.

I loved the size of the room and the full sized appliances, silverware, plates and cups.

The exterior lounge area could have been better. There should be an option for a number coffee. The coffee was too strong for me.
