location, breakfast, very friendly staff. nice room

toilet was child size. extremely painful for me with arthritis is legs and back. ants in bathroom. Not a lot but enough to notice. I advised managent in the morning. they were planning on taking care of it.

I enjoy staying at this place every time. I come in mostly because the people there always remember me. And that makes a big difference to me. I feel like part of their family.

I can't think of one thing that I disliked, They do everything possible to get you everything that you request. I guess the only thing I could say to make it better. Would b if they could figure out a way to make the temperature outside a little more comfortable everyday

The beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of options. It was better than I expected. I would stay there again if the large deposit isn't taken.

I didn't like the extra almost three hundred dollars they held on my bank account. It was on top of a 50 dollar deposit plus the price for my stay. This was unexpected and held for about a week. Even after the payment for the room was taken and 50 dollars given back. Only a few ants.

Great location, close to everything including stores and restaurants. The staff there were all amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, when we come visit family in Illinois, this is definitely where we’ll be staying.

Being short staffed, housekeeping was only every three days, which was understandable, but we never had anyone come clean the room and we stayed for five nights. The front desk staff was very accommodating though when we needed fresh towels and toilet paper, it just would have been nice to have the room cleaned.

Love the staff. Very friendly. Location fits my needs when I am in town. Breakfast is always amazing. Rooms always clean.

My issue no matter where I stay is always the bathroom. They are clean but not kept up. Example caulking in shower needs to be redone, sinks back drain needs to be clean. I am always Leary about the yellowing in showers by caulking. This was my first time in the elevators definitely needs cleaning in the corners and the track. Carpet on 3rd floor needs to be replaced or cleaned big white spot.

Very clean and the hotel appeared as if it was recently built or renovated. Staff was friendly, room was bigger than most hotel rooms. We only ate at the complimentary breakfast once but there was a good variety of items and the dining room was kept clean and well stocked. Lots of parking and the lot was well lit.

Housekeeping does not come daily unless requested a day in advance. Pool was closed for maintenance on one of the days of our stay.

While the room was very clean and comfy, the breakfast and the breakfast lady is what sets this property apart not only from its direct competitors, but also from hotels in the higher price range. Specifically, the breakfast hot items were exceptionally yummy, thanks to the home recipes of the saint lady who preps and runs the breakfast. On top of that, she orally engages many guests in order to obtain feedback about the breakfast quality and that everything is fine. In fact, she even informed me what to expect for breakfast the following day (something different, of course, but I'm sure equally appetizing). This service level is something you imagine at a family-run high-end restaurant, not from a chain property in this price range. What a true hospitality gem. Did I mention that our two children loved the swimming pool?

The fact that we stayed only one night and had to leave.

The french toast and link sausage were delicious. I appreciated the sugar free syrup.

Having a microwave in the breakfast area would have been nice because while helping your plate, your food can get cold. i would have liked to reheat my french toast. Also, room temperature butter would have been nice. i just placed a couple of butter tubs in a bowl of hot water to soften it. Mine was okay because I had a room for persons with a disability, but the toilet in my friends room was way too low. Think about toilet heights for adults when you remodel.

The staff are nice and help actively. The room is clean and good for rest. The location is great for business trip visiting Panduit in Tinley Park.

My first room has failed AC and cannot be repaired. The staff helps efficiently and changes a room, bigger a little and nice. Please check the room equipment well before customer check-in. It takes time to move to a new room.

I liked the convenience of the location. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

I didn't like that housekeeping only cleaned my room once after I specifically said I want my room cleaned everyday. I told the front desk every morning, I would like my room cleaned. It got cleaned once out of a 5 day stay, Just horrible.
