Great location, easy access to several stores around.

The fact that there was hardly any parking. Several work trucks took up most of the front parking lot instead of parking in the back with the bigger work trucks. The very small weight room had several boxes of new air units, taking up what little space there was.

I was amazed that your staff noticed my needs for no stairs, etc and gave me a handicapped room. Clearly tried to accommodate me!! Easy check in and out. Clerk carried my luggage to my car. Room bed and chairs were not as comfortable as I needed for my back. But SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!!

Bed not as firm as I need, chairs older and not as comfortable for my back. But at least the “comfort chairs “ were there.

The breakfast was OK, but I wish there were options for scrambled eggs or a hard boiled egg. Glad they had a waffle maker.

I wish the breakfast had more choices such as eggs in some form. A dairy free milk and oatmeal would be helpful.

After a long day of bicycle-touring in the extremely hot weather, I was cooling off outside of the main doors when a woman walked outside and asked if I was checking in. I said that I was, but I was way too early to check in. She asked me to step inside with her and took me to the front desk to have me sign in. I was told that I could check in early, since my room was already cleaned and ready. Not only did they honor my request for a ground floor, given that I arrived by bicycle, she had the gentleman upgrade me to a suite in order to accommodate my bike. The staff is very friendly and want to make sure your stay is exceptional. The breakfast room is quite clean and orderly with a nice variety of offerings.

Like most multi-storied motels, it can be disappointing if the room above contains noisy guests. I had the displeasure of enduring loud thumping from above during most of my stay. They must have had children, because there was constant running back and forth on my ceiling.

because of covid breakfast was limited, we stay here when ever we are in Litchfield, have always had great service from staff. location is great, close to highway and our favorite restaurant. we love the area.

rooms are dated, could use a fresh look. I'm sure once covid is behind us, the breakfast will improve. there really is not to much negative about this hotel besides the being out dated. really is a nice place to stay

The lady at checkin was so friendly, the room was nice and clean and spacious!

The bed was very hard... Not a big deal though 😉

While I understand everyone is short staff and dealing with limited resources, the breakfast could have been better stocked.
