Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago - Libertyville

The kitchen and dining area was extremely clean and welcoming. The breakfast had a big selection to choose from and was very fresh yet tasty. I absolutely love the staff as they were all welcoming, kind, and courteous. The facility was clean and very well kept.

I was informed that I would not have to pay until I was at the property for my stay. My credit card had a hold on it for the amount from the moment I made the reservation. That is misleading and false information being provided to guest, that could be harmful to their individual situations. My room was missing the iron and I did not receive any log-in information for the wifi, that was included in my room price.

We have stayed at this property on a number of occasions when visiting family in the area. It is always a good experience. We do seem to be there when work is being done on the facilities but other than some minor cleanliness issues it is always a pleasant stay.

I really can't think of anything. It was more comfortable than a high-end hotel in which we stayed in Chicago and we knew what to expect when we got there.

The staff was amazing!! Very friendly, accommodating, any questions or concerned were answered right away. Even a gentleman fixing the automatic door at the entrance of the hotel smiled and welcomed us. Breakfast was hot and tasty for a complimentary breakfast. Clean dining area, rooms were clean, elevators came quickly. We had a great experience!

The location was much farther than expected.

The staff was exceptional. Kevin was the best host we've had. He gave us a small bag of candy with an American flag for our new sailor. They were able to accommodate all of our requests. The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. Close to the navy base and ready to commute to and from.

The breakfast could have used more options. No Biscuits and Gravy.

More options for Breakfast. Also a morning paper would be nice. Which Holiday Inn express provides both a paper and biscuits and Gravy.

Room was amazingly roomy! Pool and common areas very clean and appealing.

Biscuits/gravey not so great - biscuits were hard/dry, gravey too thin. Eggs, sausage, cereals, fruits -good.

Very large room & comfortable beds. Liked the small kitchen area in the entry. Friendly reception. Location suited our purpose.

I specifically looked for a hotel with a pool and the pool was incredibly cold. Too cold to swim in.
