The friendliness of the staff on duty at the time and a place to relax with nothing to do, if you were looking for that.

The price that I paid did not match the quality of the room. The rooms and the Spa fitness facilities were a bit dated. The unpleasant event was the room where we stayed was really cold and drafty, due to the patio doors. To balance the cold we had to turn the heat up to 78 or 79 degrees. The building where the Spa, pool, and steam room were located was somewhat inconvenient, due to the building being across the parking lot, and walking from the pool to the rooms in cold was not great. This probably wouldn't be an issue in the warm months but in the cold there needs to be some type of connecting bridge to get back and forth.

It was my second time. I really enjoyed the first time it was my birthday @ that time. The second time around was my daughter's 15th birthday her and my niece enjoyed they self I enjoyed it as well and will return again. Thanks Englewood 🥰

I have to much good to say about the resort don't have any room for nothing to say bad.

We stayed here for our first Anniversary and loved it! The resort is beautiful and full of fun things to do- a pool, spa, golfing, bowling alley, and live music every Friday and Saturday during the summer. The golf course is also beautiful! The rooms are also a great size with a balcony and are decently updated.

I ended up getting sick from something I ate at the restaurant.

I stayed here with 3 of my friends last Saturday (3/13) for my birthday and it was such a nice stay! We got a room with double queen beds and the room was comfortable for all of us! We also loved the balcony and the great insulation in the room! We got late night food and drinks at the restaurant/ bar downstairs in the hotel and everything was amazing! A little over priced but it was worth it. The quesadillas were SO good!! The bartender was also very friendly and provided excellent service!

The only complaint I have is that the front desk receptionist didn’t provide us with the wifi password or dining hours.

We loved the staff and the service. They responded to each request happily and promptly.

The rooms are a little tired. The sheers on the windows were falling apart. Not a good look.

Loved the rooms and the comfy beds, great golf views and loved the patio and live band. Drinks were very good and food was good!

Front desk could have been more friendlier and more informational. The bowling alley and pool building had no AC and the bar in the bowling alley was very limited and outdated. Otherwise my mother had a fantastic time. Also make sure you treat smokers fairly, men were smoking all over the property, we asked to smoke and was respectful about it but made us move anyway. Be fair please!

That my toilet in the first room I was in over flowed and me and my kids had to switch rooms at 2am because there was no staff on duty to fix the problem. But they where very nice about the switch

The breakfast was really good! Staff were pleasant! The bar and bartenders were great! The pool and hot tub were great! Very relaxing and clean.

I was charged twice. I didn’t realize it until I had an issue when I went for breakfast. Situation was cleared up and I was reimbursed for the double charge.

Didn’t like walking out in cold weather to and from the pool, sauna, spa and workout rooms. They need to build a coveted sidewalk between the two.

The breakfast was excellent. We appreciated the multiple choices offered.

No jelly at breakfast despite having EVERYTHING else available. Also individual coffee pots would be great - we waited awhile between refills.
