it is a modern but warm luxury apartment on the 31st floor in a luxury building ! We really liked the free arcade room and the outdoor patio with heaters ! would be nice to return in weather that can allow use of the pool! amazing views!!

parking is expensive in the building and the surrounding areas.

Everything was perfect! We didn't have a great view of Chicago but we didn't have a problem because it was too cold to go out on the balcony. anyway it was 10 out of 10. a very comfortable bed, a kitchen that had everything you need if you plan to cook, and a spectacular bathroom! Phil Kalyan was at the reception the day we checked out in the morning he was very friendly and he helped us with everything as well as the other receptionist the night before, both very friendly. we will come back again.

The location was great. I did everything walking. They're pet friendly. The place is extremely clean! Everything looks new and chic. The amenities are really nice. The pool has a nice view. The gym is very complete. It is a quiet place. They have parking. They have pet area inside the building.

Parking is a bit expensive. They have a pet fee (I must say the pet fee isn't as expensive as other places, it is 20 box per day). The wi-fi never worked for us as they probably gave us the wrong password even thought I asked twice.

It felt safe with all of the card scanning requirements. It was east to get deliveries and food delivered. The in unit washer/dryer was very convenient. Trash chute location was convenient as well. The view was amazing!

Lack of a place to store toiletries in the shower. No full length mirror. Lack of a garbage can in the bathroom. The bedroom air vent could not be closed or redirected easily and made it difficult to sleep at times. On site parking was a hassle to get in. We needed to step out of our vehicle and go in to the lobby and ask the front desk to open each time.

Courteous check-in staff and very large/sleek room for the stay with balcony with a great kitchen, balcony, living room. Was much comfortable than a hotel in the area. Good toiletries. Wifi worked very well.

The floor of the room wasn't as clean as it should've. The fitted sheet on the bed had a yellow stain on it. Housekeeping/maintenance made a lot of noise outside the room early in the morning.

The apartment was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows and the large bathroom and walk-in closet. Front lobby was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Had to request a hairdryer, but they were happy to provide that. Wash cloths would have been nice. Other than that, no complaints!

The size of the location and the outlook on to Chicago that it had. The workout room was superb and would be great to work at for a much longer extended stay. The fridge and dishwasher being hidden was also very nice.

Beds were a little hard and the power outlets in the floor while great in concept were odd in practice and use. Unfortunately i jab my foot on the one closest to the bed because it is easy to forget that it is open. The metal covers are somewhat hard to uncover for use.

Our room view was great! The pool was heated which was awesome and my daughter loved the play room. The location was convenient to everyplace we were visiting. Would definitely plan to stay here on our next trip to Chicago

I couldn't figure out how to work the elevator to take us to the parking garage.

Staff were very helpful. They assisted with booking taxis, giving info, and sorting out minor usage issues.

$200 per night withholding fee was over the top. We stayed for three nights - $600 on the credit card. Imagine if we stayed for 10 nights!

Had a great stay , the guys at the front desk were really helpful we kept bothering them with questions and they were really helpful and kind will definitely stay here again
