Quality Inn & Suites Champaign

Staff was great and respectful and treated us nice.

Well unfortunately I don't like spending money and this place was cheaper than everywhere else but I still don't like having to spend money but that's not the hotels fault lol.

The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. The 24/7 water and coffee. Great wifi service. Quick to book us. Very nice staff... Watched TV most of the stay. It was very nice and relaxing, especially when I was very sick and just got outta the hospital. It was a good place to rest and I'm planning on going back someday soon! I also love that it's pet friendly and next time, my fur babies will join me!!

Lack of sense of humor in some of the workers. The pool could have been warmer. Breakfast wasn't very much to choose from. Unfortunately, I had a problem with someone who claimed to be room service and I was in the bathtub, and when I said this, he insisted that he was called by me when he wasn't. (Not sure if he was a guest pretending to be room service or it was actually room service.

The front staff the day we checked in was nice and helpful. The rest of the weekend they weren't rude just, never spoke when entering the lobby and didn't really seem like they cared to much to assist or answers any questions we had abt local delivery places and stores

When we opened the door to our room there were goldfish crackers on the floor like it hadn't been vacuumed. Later on in our first night as my daughter showered there was a used bar of soap on the ledge from previous customers. On the second/final night the air conditioner unit would randomly shut off the air and turn on heat.

Like the fact it was clean and rooms where a nice size, they accept everyone with the same attitude and make sure they satisfied also if you have a party don't care how many kids or adults long as you don't smoke inside. breakfast was good. Not only that your pets are welcome.

I loved everything

The hotel was a in convenient location for our weekend plans. All the staff were friendly and when we were missing a pillow they corrected it right away. Our key card didn't work once as well and it was once again fixed right away.

A lot of the people in the area didn't seem to wear masks. I understand the CDC guidelines recently changed, however, it made me slightly uncomfortable. I think that's really the only thing that stood out to me.

Everything was great. Breakfast was a little scimpy. But I'm sure Covid had something to do with that.

Found someone's used deodorant under the bed and a lighter next to the sofa. So rooms need to be checked a little better for other people's belongings before the next person checks in.

The staff is nice, friendly, considerate, helpful and they go above and beyond to make my stay a pleasant one.

I didn't get to use the pool, which is the only reason for me choosing Quality Inn, it was filthy. Either too many guests using it that day or the guests didn't take a shower before going in the pool.

The guy checking us in seemed to have to do everything. He was vacuuming and very helpful getting our TV to work in room and lobby. Even took our picture for us all allwhile playing cards in lobby.

Location easy to find. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and contained enough furniture. Refrigerator was a useful item.
