The room was super comfortable - spacious with really nice beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very good free coffee and tea around the clock. Decent access to Ketchum and surrounding areas. Great breakfast.

My only suggestion would be to add a couple more microwaves in the breakfast area, or swap out microwaveable breakfast foods with heated ones. The breakfast was excellent, but we had the misfortune of eating at the same time as two other families with 12 kids between them, and our baby was only interested in eating the microwaveable omelette, which apparently was also true of the 12 other kids. Definitely a niche concern that won't apply to most travelers, but having heated rather than microwaveable omelettes would've made life easier for the dozen plus tiny humans and their parents.

The room was clean and well appointed. Upon check in, we were given a free ice cream coupon to the cute little ice cream truck in the parking lot. Staff was friendly and the whole hotel seemed like it was well cared for. Free coffee and tea available in the lobby 24/7 and a nice little cooler of food and drinks for sale since everything in the area closes pretty early. Free breakfast was good enough.

The breakfast wasn't great- lots of carb options (breads, waffles, bagels) and some frozen cheese omelettes that you could microwave. Bananas were the only fruit, no breakfast meats, but I think there was an issue with a delivery truck so it may have just been an off day. For the price of the stay and how comfy the beds were and clean the hotel was, I can't really fault them for a breakfast that was included in the price of the room. Would return any time.

Very modern, clean, luxurious hotel, lobby and room. Easy & professional check-in. Room large, super comfortable. BR has shower stall (which I prefer to shower in a bathtub.) Everything you expect in such a room is there. Lobby sells microwavable food, snacks, soft drinks and beer/wine (didn't buy, so not sure of the prices).

Mattress too soft, pillows too bouncy (had to use my own pillow). All towels were thin and rough, not soft and fluffy as you would expect from a hotel with those prices. Same goes for breakfast, it was ok but not great.

This has the feel of a nice boutique hotel without the expensive price. Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Reception was very friendly and showed a personal interest in us. They gave us a coupon for a free ice cream at the truck in the parking lot. We enjoyed sitting outside eating our ice cream. Breakfast was good and served in a nice area.

Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was very good, the view in the back of the building was wonderful and I will request that side next visit. The room was quiet, and nice and clean, even though the hotel was almost full. The bed was comfy and the shower was very roomy, plenty of towels available. The room had a small microwave and a mini fridge... everything I needed. I did not use the pool area on this trip, but it looked very inviting. My stay was very pleasant and cost less than half of most of the other options in the Wood River Valley. This hotel is not fancy, but it is comfortable, clean, and efficient, ...perfect for a couple of days.

I wished the windows had a screen so I could leave it open at night. The temperature would have been perfect to do so and less bothersome than the AC unit going on and off all night. Otherwise, I cannot think of anything that was not exceeding my expectations. I found this to be a great value.

Oh my gosh, where to start. Staff were amazing, hotel was nicely set out, modern and very clean. Lots of details not overlooked, ie vending machines if you got peckish at any time, extra beveragesuppliesin the reception area etc. I think a seasoned traveller pulled together all their experiences to create a totally complete environment, and it works very well.

A new hotel with spacious, clean, and pleasant facilities. High ceilings, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, good coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day, good sized pool and jacuzzi. A pleasant environment made for an enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was fine, but would have preferred more fresh products and a wider selection of cereals.

A good value for a clean, comfortable room. The staff were very friendly! Only about a two minute drive to Hailey or about twenty minutes to Ketchum at a much more reasonable rate than rooms you will find there.

Would be nice to see better non-gluten breakfast choices. I chose a yogurt, but it was not very good. Bananas would be a nice addition.

Very clean, very comfortable bed, great room access, OK free breakfast, great coffee and very helpful front desk personnel

Breakfast very limited to cereal, frozen cheese omelet, stale biscuits w/ good gravy and make your own mini waffles that were raw inside. Only one microwave for everyone to heat omelet. Hot tub small and too many kids after 9 pm.

Comfy beds, quiet room, great location for us and clean facilities. Has a small town, privately operated feel, but with amenities and the presentation of the nice big name hotels.

We stayed three nights and asked for room service on the third day but they must have lost our request.
