La Quinta by Wyndham Boise Towne Square

The pool and hot tub were a decent size, and the pool was heated and a nice temperature. the rooms were very nice, spacious, and was told the hotel is getting a face lift inside and out 2023 September. Continental breakfast, they had eggs with little sausage in it the the biscuits were heated, I wish I tried them.

The beds were lumpy. Why is the light switch and sink outside the bathroom? Rooms outdated, but they are updating soon,it is now sep 2023. You have to check out the pool towel at the front desk due to thieft, change it back to the smaller towels, and put them back, definitely not coming back because of this. Toaster was outdated at continental breakfast, but that is the only negative thing I can say about it. All the lights in the room were all very bright, kinda hard when you want one light to move around in the dark while others are asleep. One soft light would have been nice.

We booked last minute on a holiday weekend and the facility was so helpful, especially when arriving at 11:00pm at night. The facility was clean and comfortable and the view from the room was beautiful large trees rather than the surrounding road ways.

The pool area was extremely hot with no ventilation to sit and watch kids play in the pool. There is a door out to a nice patio with beautiful flowers that smelled so good, but a little ventilation or fans would be helpful. The breakfast itself had many various options which was good, the amount of room in the breakfast area left a bit to be desired. People trying to make toast or waffles had to keep shuffling a stepping out of the way in order to let people get coffee and juices.

this place was a comfortable oasis after being on the road for 12 hours during our cross country move (with cats!). the hotel is truly pet friendly, not just dog friendly, there’s a 24 hour pool and hot tub, and the parking lot easily accommodated our gigantic moving truck. In the morning we got to have a good, hot breakfast so we didn’t have to worry about finding a restaurant before getting back on the road. I hadn’t stayed at a La Quinta before but I definitely will again. big thanks to the staff who make this place a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.

Great directions to La Quinta! Loved the quiet room...clean...comfy king size bed! Enjoyed the hot tub and pool...nice to relax being retiring for the evening! Liked the reception area with beverage table...convenient to take my coffee "to go". The front desk staff were cordial despite the stress of being under staffed...Levi did the best he could on the Sunday evening shift...he had to check in guests during a busy time (4-6 PM)and be expected to answer the phone, etc....he continued to smile and apologized if any of us had to wait longer than 10 minutes!

Breakfast...would have liked fresh fruit such as bananas and oranges... I know that the motel/hotel industry has trouble having enough staff; however, when one is waiting to check in, I noticed that the walls could be "wiped" down, paint, etc...at least in the lobby. Being in healthcare for many years, it's just something I noticed...also, in the spa/pool area...look up at the ceiling and see the rust/dirty? vent registers.

Hailey was extremely rude and just plain nasty and condescending. She couldn't find my reservation even though I had it printed. I've actually never been treated that bad before from a customer service person. Her coworkers even acted afraid. This woman should not be in the position she is. I had a few hotels booked from Oregon through Texas through Booking.com and they were all able to find my resv using my name.

We have stayed a few times in the past. Great location and there is a nice breakfast. There are a number of different room layouts that many may not be aware, so read the details.

What I don't like is there is a small element of individuals who seem more local than a typical traveler. Not quite sure what is going on....but, same type element has been present each time we were there. We were in no fear nor were there ever an issue.

There wasn't really anything wrong with the room. Nothing fancy, mind you. It met our needs. We actually prefer staff not come in our room every day to clean but they were available to help, if needed. We bring a lot of our own stuff so we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but the food looked ok. The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was decent. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The location, staff, cleanliness, facilities and food were outstanding.

My only complaint is that the young lady that signed us in volunteered to get us set up as members since we stayed 6 nights. I very much wanted to register. I was told I would only have to provide my email address to use any points. I attempted to use any points for travel in January but I was not in your system. You lost 2 nights of bookings because of this and I probably will not be looking at La Quenta for future bookings since our stats are not rewarded.

The Staff was attentive from the second we arrived. Check in was fast and pleasant. This hotel was close to downtown and shopping. And very close to the ExtraMile arena where we were going to a concert. We stayed in the Jetted Tub suite. It was big and beautiful. Lots of space and light places to get ready to go out. The Jetted tub was separate from the rest of the room. And beautiful 😍.. I think the price was right with the amenities breakfast and 24hr access to pool. And Location.

No complaints..

Even though we didn’t bring a dog with us, I love that La Quinta accepts dogs of all sizes and not just service dogs. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! We we were given a room on the top floor, as requested. Nice and quiet.

Although we were given a room on the top floor (as requested), it was obvious that this room had once had two beds. Lounge chair of any kind was missing. The carpet was stained in several places.
