Hotel 28 Boise Airport, Ascend Hotel Collection

We were very impressed by how clean, new and modern everything felt. Our room was super spacious and had all the amenities. The bed was really comfortable and my partner liked the free breakfast. Great location right off the highway.

As we were unloading the car, we found a door on the first floor that led to the outside that was jammed and wouldn't close. I reported it two different employees but they seem indifferent, It meant that anyone could walk in from the parking lot and roam the halls. We also tried to visit the hot tub - but it was overflowing with cold water.

Every day was clean and up to standard the facility and faculty were great and I will be glad to stay again next time I’m in Boise.

I stayed in the 3rd floor the folks that were above my room on the 4th were noisy , but that is hardly a complaint( I understand that happens when staying in a hotel lol ) , the stay and staff exceeded the expectations, and next time I’m in Boise I would love to book through you guys again .

THE AC/HEATER!! STILL VERY DIRTY,VENTS/FILTERS NEED CLEANED...brought it to attention of room staff and front desk--Tracy(mngr) seemed bothered by my mentioning it...every time I've gone in last 9mos I've mentioned it!!

Staff was so friendly upon check-in. We were all laughing & having fun. We were told to be sure to reach out if we needed anything.

The overflow drain in the sink was black with mold. It wasn’t obvious until I saw the reflection in the mirror as I brushed my teeth. I could see how it was overlooked for cleaning. Everything else was spotless.

Room was spacious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and had everything stocked. Amenities looked good, even though we didn't use them.

The light in the bathroom pulsed after being on for a minute or two. The drain in the sink was clogged and very slow to drain. Freeway noise was annoying.

The hotel has been renovated within the last year. Everything is very clean and modern. It is situated next to Boise Airport but is still quiet. There is a outdoor pool, indoor hot tub and work out room.

Not much view. Either the freeway (a little view of the hills) from one side and a truck stop on the other side.

The hotel staff was polite and helpful checking in. The king suite is massive and has everything needed for someone traveling for business. Ideally located right next to I84.

You can hear the Highway noise fairly well if you turn off the A/C. This didn’t bother me, however I could see it bothering someone who’s a light sleeper.

We were pleased with our stay. The room was clean, the bed was perfect, the a/c worked well, the breakfast was exceptionally good, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

There was no light in the sink area which was not a deal-breaker, but inconvenient.

The staff was amazing. Originally had a room at Rodeway but my reservation was messed up..no way I was staying with 3 kids in a single queen room. Went in to Hotel 28 and had a better more suitable for my children and I! Thank you

Convenient location for travel and always a great value.

The location is a little off the beaten path for dining or finding nearby leisure activities, but otherwise they are always good here.
