La Quinta by Wyndham Warner Robins - Robins AFB

The room was neatly organized and decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept well. The breakfast was yummy and there was plenty. The lady that runs the breakfast was an incredible worker! She never stopped cleaning and serving, even when a guest was making an incredible mess. Her attitude was kind and patient. We were so grateful to be able to take our little dog with us. Staff was very welcoming of her. We will stay there again.

There is a large gap at the bottom of the hallway doors. The sound travels under it and into the room. We took extra pillows off our bed and placed them in front of the door inside our room to quiet things a bit. It worked.

Very clean. The staff was friendly. Great Breakfast! They have a sign on back of the bathroom door showing you how to start the shower. Bed was very comfortable. There coffee is awesome!

This hotel has the room in front of the hotel for a bench beside the front door on the outside of the building. But they don’t have one. To enter the pool area you should only have to inter your room key once to inter. instead it takes 3 - 5 times to get in. I was on the 2nd floor. I could hear the room above me on the 3rd floor stomping as he walked. I was trying to use there ice machine to feel up my cooler. Most hotels only have one on the fire floor. I tried to use that one and it wasn’t working right. It was coming out so slow that it would of taken all day to accomplish. After I checked out I told them about it and that’s when I found out that there was one on the 2nd floor where my room was. The 2nd floor ice machine works great.

I liked my room, after it was changed. I was in a room that had one tv. A room that wasn't separated from the bedroom. But after talked to the second front desk lady that came in on her shif she changed the room that I really was looking for. That's what I liked.

Well, when I first checked in I was looking for a room that separated the bedroom from the front room. I told the lady about it and that's what I was expecting. She told me that it wouldn't let her change it and that she was sorry. I told my wife that either she didn't know how or didn't even try. So I didn't like that. Some how the shower didn't work but I got thru it.

I have stayed here before. The hotel continues to be neat, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone! I always enjoy my stay here.

Perhaps a sign could be posted requesting that guests return the rolling carts to the entrance quickly. I had several things to move back to my car and I waited for well over an hour before I decided to make multiple trips to my car. Some guests, it seems, took the carts to their rooms and kept them there until they were ready to leave. I checked when I went down to breakfast @ 7:45 and several times after that. At 9:30, there were still no carts. Being an older guest myself, with some mobility issues, those trips back and forth to the parking lot were tiring. Thank you for letting me vent. It was more inconvenient than anything else and not really a management problem.

The room was as pictured. The staff was friendly. The pool was clean. The breakfast was outstanding.

The app allowed me to schedule a late checkout however the facility doesnt really accomidate late checkouts. They did make a 1 hour exception for me after some discussion.

I left my personal goods in my room. After the checking out, the front staff called me soon that they found my lost item. I came back to the hotel and picked it up safely. I used this hotel frequently and I feel the staff are very kind and their work is well arranged.

Breakfast was very good. The bed was also very comfortable. Location was close to family members who I was visiting in Warner Robins.

Booked my reservation online therefore was unable to get senior discount. Person at desk when I checked out was deeply engrossed with the computer and was extremely slow to respond to checking me out.

Room was clean and the location was close to the water park and arcade. They accommodated my puppy which was definitely a plus for me

The pool was not open. I wish the website alerted me of this as I would not have chosen this hotel. I was here with 3 teens who were looking forward to going to the pool after our day out. They definitely should update their information on the website to let people know in advance that the pool is closed and has been since the beginning of Covid

Staff was great, helpful, friendly. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was very good.

We booked here partly because of the indoor pool but it didn't seem like the water was heated at all, it was FREEZING! The only disappointment.

Breakfast was great, we saw some familiar staff members that was there at our last visit.

I would of like a later check out. It was a bad storm so we didnt check in until 9pm or so. It would have been nice to get a later check out. They did however give us an extra 30min. So we appreciate that atleast .
