The breakfast was good. The friendly lady that was serving breakfast went above and beyond to make sure everyone was satisfied and taken care of.

I was not expecting to be charged a deposit of $150 upon checking in after I had already paid for the reservation online. The online site I used never mentioned this fee. The lady at the front desk said it was because we lived with in a 60 mile radius of the hotel. I have never heard of this before. We are always taking little weekend getaways and have never paid this anywhere else. This is the only reason I probably would not use this hotel again. It was inconvenient because I wasn't told about it ahead of time and I did not see a reason for having to pay a deposit since I paid with my card.

Quiet room comfortable bed friendly staff

Misrepresented on booking.com as it stated that “no pets are allowed”. On arrival I was told that the hotel is pet friendly and that more than likely a pet had stayed in every room. If it had been a major issue for me then after a long drive having to find another hotel would not have been good. Not sure who is responsible for the wrong information but it should be corrected. Coffee maker had hard water deposits and tray was wet. Opted for coffee downstairs.

Great beds.

My check in at 3pm was delayed, not by a lot, but it was cause the room I was supposed to have was not ready. When I ask the person at the front desk how long would it be, she simply said I don't know I don't work with that department. I mean, to say: I am doing everything I can and I am very sorry for your trouble would have been acceptable and appreciated, but I don't know I don't work the cleaning deparment is definitely not. You can expect an answer like that from a DMV employee, or a government worker, cause they could care less, but not in the hospitality business.

The hotel is conveniently located. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. No noisy guests around us, and convenient to the elevator.

The room was moderately clean- some hair in the bathroom, including on one of the hand towels and on the handicapped bench in the bathroom. The fridge was dirty and it felt like the carpets could have been vacuumed better. The room we stayed in was classified as handicapped and while the doorways are wide and there is a removable bench/shelf thing in the tub, the tub itself is NOT handicap friendly. I have two new knees and could barely climb in and out.

Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We will stop by on our next adventure down I-75! A splendid stay!

I didn't have enough time to really enjoy the accomodations. I was just passing through on my way to Atlanta. Next time, I'll have more time to look around and explore the surrounding areas and take full advantage of the hotel amenities.

The motel was great. The staff were all very nice and friendly.

We reserved a a lower level king room before our trip. That would made it better for taking our small dog out. When we arrived we were told the only king room available was on there 3rd floor. The room was very large with an empty portion that looked like it was for another bed. There was one chair in front of the desk but no other chairs or couches to sit on.

Staff was very helpful and went above to help with our requests.

We had a group of teenagers that came in late with the adults after a competition. Other guest had complaints when we see In the hallway trying to get there food lined up. Knowing that 10+ rooms belonged to teenagers maybe other guest should have been put on the floors with open rooms. Also had complaints about barking dog but it’s a hotel that allowed pets they should have noticed that when booking the room . We were called away from the competition that we drove 6 hours to attend and missed daughter’s performance. When we returned and stood in the hallway there was no barking.

Nice facilities. An older renovation now starting to show some wear and tear but well maintained. Scrupulously clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good location in the middle of plenty of restaurants and shops. Very reasonably priced and a great value for money.

Very minor thing. The controls for the room heating and cooling were set up in a confusing manner.

I liked the very traditional decor. It was very clean. Staff was excellent.

The breakfast could really use a little more commitment from the company. The staff did well with what they had. But it seemed like powdered eggs and the sausage was way dried out. I did not feel like this was the staffs problem. I feel like they need to be given better quality food to start with.

Angel did a great job during the check-in. It was a very good breakfast, and the kitchen assistant was very helpful. There was plenty of parking including an additional lot across the street. Excellent handicap bathroom.

While the handicap shower was very appreciated, the slope of the floor could be better. The entire bathroom floor was wet after a shower. The light bulbs could have been a bit brighter
