Nice facility, if we had been staying longer would've brought a bathing suit, indoor pool looked great. Good breakfast, breakfast staff was very friendly.

Child in room above ran and jumped until after 10pm, could not sleep, had to get up early. staff at desk said he'd go talk to them, not sure if he did, child did not stop, I tried to call the room myself, no answer but couldn't hear a phone ring, not sure if it works. Several things needed upgrading, no towel rack in the bathroom, jacuzzi tub next to the bed was weird, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, no vent for AC either

The breakfast was very good, had a good variety, something for everyone. Staff was very accomodating, asking several times if there was anything we needed.

The lighting in the room was not very good, dark corners. Needed a light that would not reflect off the mirror from the bathroom right at the bed. The products provided in the room for shampoo, body wash, etc. is a great idea, however, the bottles were almost empty. The way they are installed I don't think the maids can tell whether they are full or not.

Clean, large room, bomb breakfast, nice staff (let me get a towel and wash cloth although front desk said there were no more). Comfy enough bed. Great water pressure and very hot water

Ran out of towels and think I saw a dead bed bug the morning of check out. Now I'm paranoid about if I transferred any home. Tub also had hair in it upon check in.

The room was very big. Location for breakfast was perfect and I loved the pancake maker.

The shower curtain had a funny smell. When the room was cleaned they made one bed and not the other. Didn’t provide trash bags in the room.

Great location. The room was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. No major complaints. I felt safe. The entire hotel had a nice atmosphere and was clean and welcoming.

The only minor complaint was that the bathtub/shower had a small leak and made noise all night. But the air-conditioner drowned it out and I was able to sleep.

The staff was nice and friendly. I didn't have wifi and Rico corrected it. It didn't match my room # therefore he had to make corrections. Made me a happy camper 😀 I enjoyed the view we had.

The Toilet 🚽 had to be flushed many times. No pen or pad in the room for notes. We didn't take any pictures not that serious.

Hotel's location was near restaurants, gas station. The breakfast buffet 6:30a to 9:30a was very good. Two types of mini-omelets, crisp bacon. turkey sausage, gravy. bagels, toast, fruit, waffle maker, yogurt, coffee, juice. Kept the tables, bar clean.

The owner or manger was nice enough to let my husband hold the universal remote  to hook up to hdmi . The pool was amazing The location was amazing The breakfasts was amazing  I have no complaints

I was in town for 1 night to perform at a wedding. The facility was very close to the venue, it was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

I didn’t like that some areas of the room were noticeably worn(cracks near the bathtub, some discoloration that looked like smoke stains…and there were some ants near the microwave in my room.) Didn’t make a huge deal bc I was only there for 1 night.

The Staff and location were great, had an issue with my room, the staff took immediate action to resolve issue. Extremely happy with staff. I would recommend hotel to family and friends visiting Thomasville. Town center and restaurants are close.

Only had 1 issue, "No hot breakfast" although my reservation indicated breakfast include. Breakfast consisted of coffee and muffins. Should state "continental breakfast".
