The location was excellent for what I needed.
The property advertises breakfast included, but they only provided a sack option and then ran out before we came down. The one morning we got the sack, they had run out of coffee. Seems they did not prepare well.

Everything was great. Breakfast was very good. Exceptionally good value. Easy walk to Broad Street with cute shops and nice restaurants that are not chains. Near Berry College.
No complaints at all. I was nervous after I read some horrible reviews.

This Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The people were wonderful and the exceptional helpful. The breakfast was beyond wonderful. We will stay here again.

The rooms were nice and they had movie channels. A Super Comfy bed and downstairs market... Also only 1 mile from hospital for when relatives are having to spend the night in medical care.
Bagged, cheap, cold breakfast and they could do with having an electric kettle for hot water.

Ice machine has what looks to be black mold around the ice area. Same with the water fountain in the area where breakfast is served. Could have more food for breakfast

The hotel was very nice, and in very good location with food choices very close. The workers were very nice.
The breakfast selection wasn’t that great, but what they did have was good and lasted longer then the sign said which was great.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was limited due to covid but they had bags to grab which included fresh bananas and drinks were available as well. While I didn't use them, there were several restaurants close by.
The hotel is clearly older and while updates have been made, it still feels like an older property with new parts. The mattress was good and there were ample pillows which weren't overly stiff or thick so in general it was nice.

The breakfast wasn't at all what was expected. A brown bag, no option of a waffle or oatmeal nothing warm. A piece of fruit and granola bar just don't do it!

I very much valued being able to check in early. It is a nearly weekly struggle to find a hotel to let me check in before 3pm. They do not know how much it really meant to me to be able to do so. Thank you
Everything was rather pleasant. The only issue I did not rather care for was that I was charged for the use of the safe but I did not use a safe and the room had a strong Oder at first but after a while it passed.
