Baymont by Wyndham Kingsland

We were quite surprised at the quality of our hotel stay for the money. Everything was spotless, smelled clean and everything was in working order.

Only 1 thing I would suggest is to replace the bathroom filters in the fan. They were very dusty. Everything was clean.

Amazing experience. Jessica, Brandon, and the entire staff are wonderful. Pet friendly hotel. The location is amazing. Rooms have been and are being remodeled. No carpet, all laminate flooring. Lobby remodeled as well

If I had to pick something, the pool area needs attention.

Lou at the front desk was very ignorant and short when checking in, I did not like the tone she used and how she was very short when asking questions. I was very close to taking my money elsewhere. Everyone else there was nice. She needs a new job horrible customer service.

Great value. Great location - right next to the Cracker Barrel. Free Breakfast was very good.

It's nice that they are a dog-friemdly hotel. However, our room did smell of dogs and dog urine, which was very unpleasant and we probably won't stay there again, which is a shame.

The evening front desk person, Jessica, is just lovely. She has a bright personality, and is very competent. The remainder of the staff were very nice.

In my room, 113, there was a slight odor in the bathroom between the toilet and the tub. I would suggest some renovations and modernized. And the continental breakfast is adequate. But could use some sprucing up.

The location was excellent easy to get to off the interstate. Cleanliness was adequate. The breakfast was well done.

The beds were too soft not as comfortable as desired. The refrigerator was rather dirty. We cleaned it before putting our food into it.

Very welcoming staff. They were in the middle of construction but it was not an issue it was quiet. The room was not updated but nice, clean and comfortable. I was offered breakfast but I left early so didn't eat there.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly!! Was so nice after being in traffic backed up on 95 for hours, due to a big wreck!!... we were even about 4 hours late checking in and didn't call the hotel, but she was aware we were in traffic... I can't remember her name but she was awesome!!

Friendly staff clean room, beds were very comfortable, A/C cold! great location, right off the interstate, but quiet. Lots of restaurants close by (cracker barrel next door) grocery stores and Wal-Mart a short drive away. Good place to visit ...really nice staff worth the stay!

There's nothing I didn't like about this place. Although the cable channels were decent I think a little more channels selection would really be a big plus.

The room was very clean and nice.

I don't like that you don't get the hot breakfast or your room cleaned because of Covid but they don't reduce the price even though they are reducing amenities. We were told to put the do not disturb sign on the door so no one would come to clean. They never even offered clean towels or to take out the trash. And the advertisement said it was only 15 miles to Fernandina Beach but it was almost twice that far.
