Clarion Pointe Columbus-Bradley Park

Dre and Teresa were great to communicate with about my reservation updates and booking in and out. I needed to end my stay a day earlier and the process was smooth & efficient. We truly enjoyed our time there. Breakfast time was enjoyable with hot & cold options. There is an small store tucked off to the side in the lobby that has food, snacks, and other items to purchase, too. Our room was cooled via a wall mount thermostat! A novel amenity to have in a hotel room; very modernized. My daughter and son raved about their onsite gym. Quality customer service, we felt safe & welcomed, and the hotel itself looked appealing inside and outside. Thanks to everyone on staff for working together as a team to ensure great experiences for my family!

The facility looked new & updated. Nice amenities. The kids loved the indoor pool. Grab & go breakfast was accommodating.

There were a couple of small bugs in the rooms.

I loved our room. The space was cozy and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Probably the best comfort in a hotel bed I have ever had. The front staff was warm and welcoming.

Breakfast was just ok. There was no milk available for either coffee or cereal for breakfast and there was nobody to ask about it. Breakfast seemed to be an after thought. There were eggs and sausage but no biscuit to put the pre formed egg patty on. My husband ended up putting it between 2 sausage patties to eat it. My sister and daughter had no milk for cereal. The waffle was good. There were only a couple of yogurts in the fridge. Just lacked after an otherwise great stay.

I liked the location of the hotel in relation to places to eat, fun things to do in the area. It was pretty central. The breakfast was good and well supplied.

The pool was filthy and had hair and many different things floating in it. The paint was chipping off, the water seemed discolored, and there were no pool towels in the pool towel rack. The second day we were there we heard from another guest that the management said they were cleaning the pool today. We found a rubber duck under one of our bedskirts indicating that housekeeping didn’t vacuum there. There was a couple hairs in random places in our bathroom. It was kind of a maze to get to the location as it was tucked away behind several businesses. Our GPS took us the wrong way a few times. The sign for the hotel was small, but once we drove there several times we knew when to turn and quit getting lost.

Breakfast average could have used eggs, bacon or sausage. Pastry I got was old. Location was great so waited later for lunch to have a variety of places. Shopping nearby too. Wish I was offered rewards or information to sign up especially we stayed 5 days!!!

Breakfast would have enjoyed some eggs, bacon, sausage. Rooms excellent location next to elevator. Beds were comfortable and QUEEN size choice was greatly appreciated!!! Nice sitting area for smokers or just sitting outside for a bit. Excellent location especially for meals and shopping.

Everyone who worked there was super friendly and very helpful. They went over and beyond. The rooms were clean. The beds were clean and super comfy. We got there an hour early and they let our group check in early. They even moved our rooms so we were all together. Bianca was awesome! She always took the time to answer our questions and was super calm when the power went out. We loved the outlets on the night stands between the beds.

I wish there would have been another washer and dryer. Or at least bigger ones. Also, a change machine so the front desk didn't have to stop what they were doing to give up quarters for the washer and dryer. The lighting in the rooms could have been better as well. It seemed really dark unless the window was open.

The hotel was clean. It smelled clean. They were busy mopping after breakfast The landscaping was also healthy and vibrate. That means so much for the outside is the first impression you see. There was 2 beautiful ferns in nice pots at the entrance that were so healthy looking. The staff was so friendly and pleasant. we got down too late for breakfast and the staff offered to find us something to eat. Then we were in need of a late checkout and even though they were extremely busy and in need of our room they still accommodated us.

I do not smoke. I noticed people smoking right at the entrance to go into the hotel. I would put up signs and designate a smoking area further away from the front door. With chairs and some kind of awning for bad weather. More products in the bathroom. Especially the bar of soap.

The staff was super helpful and respectful. Wish we would of had time to swim in the pool area which also was kept nice and clean. Having four guest our daughter stayed in one room and my husband, son, and I in another I mention this because my son slept on the pull out couch and stated for a pull out it slept comfortably. Also the breakfast bar although simple was still a lovely addition to the stay at the hotel and for two bedrooms and all included thanks to booking.com it was very affordable and doable even on a budget. My son says he gives the whole experience two thumbs up! 👍🏼👍🏼

The only thing I didn't care for even though it really wasn't a big deal is at night the parking lot lights strobe unless they're supposed to which I don't see why it would be intentionally done made it harder to see outside and made it feel a little errie. But besides that had a wonderful experience and would def stay at location in the future when I visit Columbus

The handicap room was perfect. Bed on wheels instead of a platform. Makes it easier to get a wheelchair confined person into the bed. Roll in shower was needed and appreciated. Owner was friendly and went out of his way to help take care of us. Dre, the night auditor, was the same. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was just average. Nothing with protein, except yogurt, was available

The bed was very comfy, the shower had wonderful water pressure. The location was close to many points of interest and amusement.

The handles on the bathroom door were coming apart, the room smelled a TINY bit weird sometimes, and the pool was pretty small and very full of people for most of the day so we didn't get to fully enjoy it.
