AC Hotel by Marriott Columbus Downtown

Everything was top notch. I want to say that Dustin Paschal was AMAZING. My husband and I loved him. He was so kind and went above and beyond in any way that he could. We talked about him to everyone we were with during our stay and then told everyone back home in PA about him and how much we loved him. We will hopefully be coming next year and will definitely be staying here and hope that Dustin is still there.

only thing I was upset about was we checked out a day early and did it shortly after 5:00. The guy at the front desk (NOT Dustin) said oh if you would have checked out an hour earlier we could have given you your money back.

everything , the facility and amenities were top tier, staff very pleasant, nice views, convenient parking , loved the room water didn’t get cold very sanitary and clean. PLEASE DON’T RUIN SUCH A NICE FACILITY

although the parking was convenient being $12 per night I thought was a little unnecessary, the nice display of crossaints by the desk that we ate at breakfast were $2.50 I thought that was a little tacky being that the guest are paying a pretty penny per night it wouldn’t have hurted to have those for free. for breakfast not to be included we could’ve had better options, possibly potatoes and bacon, or maybe different toast/muffins and scrambled eggs also have staff disclose if there will be a deposit held when paying and what that holding fee is for etc , I have ZERO complaints about the hotel, staff or amenities, it was literally perfect please continue to keep it clean and smelling GOOD

The rooms were very comfortable. The hotel smells fresh as soon as I walked in. The best hotel I ever stayed in.

No ketchup in the lounge No microwaves. But I guess it's ok. I've never been to a hotel that doesn't have a microwave. But I'm sure you all have good reasons. But my stay was fantastic 💖

Loved the location. Enjoyed the ambience.

The locks on our room would not open and the hotel manager had to open our room from the outside for us. Then we had to move rooms due to the lock not opening. That was a hassle at 10:00 at night after a long drive. We did not enjoy the view of a brick wall outside our room. And our bill was completely messed up. We stayed one night and were charged for two. And the price was higher by $50 on the first charge and $70 on the second charge. We are still trying to get that rectified. Very frustrating.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Columbus, the receptionist working at 4:30pm on 3rd of June, is the best I have ever seen. I am a Hotel General Manager and she is the best I have seen. The room was stuffy, and it was hard to sleep

Gorgeous new facility located in an exciting part of Columbus. Uptown is the place to be! An eclectic mix of new & old, quaint shops & good restaurants. Everything about AC Marriott is Very sleek and modern. Accommodations are comfortable & clean, decorated in a beautiful minimalist-modern style. The staff goes above & beyond to offer courteous assistance and service. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The location couldn't have been better! It's located on the main strip. So my kids and I walked everywhere; enjoying the sights, checking out shops, to dinner, and down to the water.

My kids were bummed there isn't a pool but I knew that when I booked the room and it wasn't on my priority list. As far as I'm concerned, there's nothing I was unhappy about or didn't like.

The HVAC and the shower and the complementary water, the clerk who checked me in

the toilet, not having microwave, paying for parking in a city like Columbus, the room was small, it was hard to find a staff member to help me during the day hours, the soap smelled was too strong

The staff in the hotel are so courteous. We came here every year for a half marathon race. This hotel is so far the best in town. The front desk staff made espresso for me at the early morning of the race day. It is such a spirit lift. Thank you AC by Marriott in Columbus, GA!

Loved the location. Close to the river and many restaurants. We could walk to almost anything we needed.

We were surprised by the parking fee per day at this hotel. Don’t think it was mentioned anywhere in the description of the hotel. Of course, it increased the bill we had to pay. We were aware of the breakfast offered for $10 per person but we were not impressed with the foods offered.
